The padding is thin, I wish it was thinker!!

I enjoyed this product but as you can see it was defective and too expensive to last less than a year!!The company saw my pic and sent me a new chair at no cost to me that they assured me had been re-engineered to last!!! I so enjoyed the last product, and am astounded that this company cared enough about my experience to do this!

I love how the chair looks and the price was fair - just didn’t like how much we pay for shipping this.The product has good quality and is sturdy. Only one thing doesn’t look right. I couldn’t stretch enough the two parts of the chair to get both top holes together and screw them. It doesn’t seem to make a safety problem but it does look a bit off.

I have to say at first the product had a damaged part that would not allow the product to be final assembled. I contacted customer service and let them know the issue. Within 24 hrs customer service contacted me to help resolve the issue. I let them know what was wrong and they contacted me to let me know that they would send the part once they received from the manufacture. They were up front with me and let me know that there was a shipping delay but would contact me within 7 days with an update. They contacted me as mentioned and provided a tracking number for the replacement part. Once the replacement arrived, the chair went together, and the issue was resolved. I have to say the product is nice and comfortable, but the customer service is better. I would highly recommend this product and company.

Updated- I originally was going to order two egg chairs but didn’t due to being concerned over quality. I figured I would try this one out first and see if it is worth getting another one. I was missing the 4 bars that go to the bottom of the stand. Contacted them and they sent the 4 bars with it a week. Overall the chair is big enough for a very tall person to sit on with no problem. The quality seems very good. It wasn’t hard to put together. I would recommend this chair.

I bought this when I did a room makeover for my son. He loves it! I love that it doesn’t take up a ton of room but is still big enough for him to comfortably sit in (he is already over 6 feet tall)! I also like that the height of the chair can be adjusted. It is very sturdy.Edit: After only 10 months the chair just snapped on the top. I contacted the seller and they were very kind. They asked a few questions and shipped out a replacement immediately. I am very happy with this seller and will buy from them again.

I am in love! This egg swing chairs is worth every penny! I tried other hammocks out there, but never felt like I had enough support. I always felt boxed in. This swing chair is very roomy. I can actually cross my legs and sit in it. The cushion is so comfortable! It has no ties, but does not move around at all. It seems to be pretty sturdy. As for putting it together...that was tricky. I had a really hard time getting the bolts to match up. But then again, I am directionaly challenged! Lol. I am extremely happy this swing chair!

Beautiful chair. Took me forever to screw the chair into place. Having a second person would be super helpful.
