Too soon to tell if it keeps the deer away

From other reviews thought these work to get rid of the squirrels, all they did was knock them down and still be an annoyance.

I bought this to deter cats from my porch, It doesnt phase them at all. but everyone else is bothered by the small sound they make. lol

I bought a four-pack. Two broke down within two-three weeks. The other two were toast within two-three months. They are NOT rain proof! It’s too bad, because while they’re working they actually do discourage a lot of animals from hanging out in the area you’re trying to protect! The concept and technology DOES work! Inevitability, they start “clicking” / constantly making noise / and eventually just go dead. They are recharged-challenged on a cloudy day. What a waste of more junk plastic in the landfill… And what’s the deal with Amazon, not screening this junk?!? There’s like a hundred different varieties of these same / similar cheap Chinese junk emitter / repeller products, with the same stupid pictures, and confusing bad English directions!! Hey Amazon, how about you actually test these products, and offer a few varieties that actually WORK and will LAST, even if they were slightly more expensive?!? I’m so SICK of being flooded with all this confusing, cheap plastic JUNK! It makes me despise what Amazon has become, and I do NOT want to be a customer!

It's keeping rabbits and a lot of other critters out of my garden.

We installed four around the house to protect from deer eating our flowers. Even on low sensitivity two units burn out after 1 season from the best I can figure from plants in the back yard moving from the wind. No way to distinguish between a deer and a butterfly bush fluttering in the wind.

The product has deterred squirrels but not rabbits. However, the motion detection in two of the four units has failed so they are always on, only when the sun is shining brightly. I am returning these.

Need 6 to do a garden. Doesn't cover very much area
