Will this cut a 12x12 sheet of paper on the diagonal point to point?

I love this cutter best I’ve ever had , but no it won’t cut it diagonal. But they do have a guillotine one that probably would

What’s is the widest cut it can make without using the arm extension?

I have the cutterpillar measureing tape that I got off there website and it shows 61/2 inches from the folded arm to the cutting blade. I hope this helps:)

Does the Crop blade have to be replaced or does it have a lifetime warranty like the Pro?

I have their first version of the Pro. It too had lifetime warranty. However, you can’t get replacement parts due to factory shutting down. Warranty only good as long as replacements are made.

Can it cut med to hvy chipboard and felt?

I have cut light to medium chipboard with no problem at all. I also bought some magnet sheets that it will cut. Just need to be careful so doesn't slip.
