my heels are wider then what you allowed for a heel . so it did not help much .might have helped if it was made for width of feet also . my feet are on the wide scale and the edge seemed to hit my foot at a bad spot and i had to stop wearing them .

they are really comfortable especially like them because i have orthotics BUT they don't last long and don't stick well, if you get them try and get a better glue to apply them

Shipping was phenomenally fast, 2 days after ordering it was sitting on my house. That is where the positive review ends. After two days the first pair has fallen apart. The sticky part that keeps the insole in place is no longer sticky and this thing has become nothing more than an irritant in my shoe.

These heel cushions are more effective for heel spurs than thicker, soft foam.

Didn't realize they are super thin...like maybe 2mm-3mm. Don't understand how these would ever help heel spurs. Especially for a heavier person.
