This stuff WORKS
I don't write many Amazon reviews, but I felt compelled to write this one because I think this product is UNDER rated. I used this to polish the mineral crystal on an old Citizen Eco-Drive. The results speak for themselves. This product really does work, but one has to understand the effort required, and the limitations.I believe this is basically diamond lapping paste. Understand that mineral glass is an EXTREMELY hard substance. Therefore, it takes many iterations, alot of muscle, and therefore alot of time to produce a result. That being said, VERY deep scratches will never really come out, but rather become valleys with rounded corners. There are some marks on the finished watch that are still deep enough to cast a slight shadow on the dial face in very bright light, but the improvement is easily 95%-99%, certainly worth the cost and time invested.I also think the product documentation did try to accurately describe the effort required, as well as product limitations. This isn't the type of product you just smear on, rub with a cloth and magically get a result. I actually taped the watch down to my granite counter with tape, stood up, and put some of my weight on the polishing stick while rubbing. It requires pressure to the point where you actually become a little weary of cracking the glass...but that is what it takes to polish such a hard material. I also doubt this would work on sapphire crystals, which are even harder than mineral glass.Overall, this product saved the watch from the bin. No replacement crystals are available, and the person I did this for didn't even want to bother with the cost of replacing the strap, battery, etc. if the crystal couldn't be clarified. This was a huge win!

THIS ADDS MORE SCRATCHES
Not only does it not remove scratches it ADDS scratches. After trying numerous times to remove scratched, it add an even more noticeable scratch to my watch crystal. I tried several more times to remove the new scratch but only made it worse. Terrible product.

Have the right expectations
I dropped my iPhone XS Max and it resulted in a small nick on the screen, right in the middle, that i could feel with my fingernail. It was small but enough to notice when using - I could feel it with my finger and see it on a white background. I didn’t have much hope for this to do anything about it but I figured it was worth a shot.I started with trying to get some scratches out of an Apple Watch series 4 to get familiar with usage. It did absolutely nothing on that screen but it also didn’t do any harm. So I moved to the phone to see what would happen.I started with a small scratch near the edge and surprisingly, that scratch was no longer visible after one application. Encouraged, I tried for the larger nick. And to some amazement, it started to work. After one pass, I was no longer able to feel that nick with my fingernail. Still visible though. Second pass and it really made it hard to notice.Granted, the nick is still there and if I looked really hard, I can still find it. But day to day use I no longer notice it. To me that was a win.So it’s not a perfect product for phone screens but it can work. I think it really depends on the type of scratch. So in short, good success on my iPhone. No difference at all on my watch.

Works, but definitely not cost effective.
I recently purchased this to fix my scratches on my Pixel Watch, and while it did work, I needed to purchase a separate rotary tool and purchase a 2nd pack as the first pack didn't have enough repair and finish paste to fix the scratches.I tried it manually at first with my 1st pack and it did get rid of the minor scratches, but none of the medium/deep scratches (I spent about an hour or two trying to get rid of scratches manually with the included set). Gave up after the manual labor and got the rotary tool, as well as a 2nd pack. I made sure to save enough paste throughout the repair and managed to get rid of my medium/deep scratches.Overall, while it does work, would only recommend this if other solutions aren't working, you have a rotary tool to buff/polish and you really want to get rid of the scratches since this product is definitely not cost effective.

Really great product, impressed with results.
I bought this product to repair a small scratch in the screen of my S7 Edge.Usually, I use a Tempered Glass Screen protector with my devices, however I decided to forgo that this time and it would so happen, I ended up getting scratch while attempting to save the phone from falling.Instead, it slammed against the metal edge of the table and brought be to that predicament. After looking for a product to remedy this situation, I discord this and decided to give it a a go.Even though it's meant for watch glass, I saw users saying they had success on phones with Gorilla Glass.Product arrived on time and just as described. Followed the instructions and it worked!Note, I assumed the scratch was medium, and assumed I'd have to do three batches of 3 minute passes, however it seemed the scratch was gone before the end of the first pass with the "Repair" formula, so I'd say use your discretion. In fact, the scratch was gone so much that I wasn't exactly sure where to put the Polish, there was just no trace! Now I can't speak if this has indeed weakened the integrity of the Gorilla Glass, but as expected it seemed to have removed some of the Oleophilic coating over the treated areas. When cleaning the screen with a damp cloth, you can see where the water lingers over the aforementioned area.Overall I'm very pleased with this product and the results based on my application, would definitely recommend using it for a similar issue. If any future complications appear, I will update this review.
