I bought this alarm clock to replace an old alarm clock that I've had for years because it has wireless charging for my iPhone, and by doing so I can reduce clutter on the headboard of my bed, and I can use the MagSafe charger I already have for my iPhone elsewhere in my house.For less than what an Apple MagSafe charging adapter costs, you can purchase this alarm clock and have a compact, attractive alarm clock that you can see from across the room, as well as charge your phone overnight while you sleep, and have your phone close at hand if you receive a call, message or text.Unboxing the clock reveals the clock itself, which has a protective film over the silver mirror-like face of the clock, a short USB type A to USB type C cable, a separately wrapped adhesive-backed pair of rubbery silicone stick-on pads to apply to the top of the clock to help keep your phone from sliding off of the top of the clock when charging. I say pair because at first glance, it looks like one big circle, but upon closer inspection, there is a circle in the middle surrounded by a ring, so you have two pieces to apply to the top of the clock, and finally there is an instruction manual. There is no power adapter included in the box, but if you are like me, and you don't ever throw away any of the power adapters from devices that you have had over the years, then you have a box in a drawer, cabinet, or closet somewhere full of leftover power adapters with a USB type A output that you can use with this clock.Setting up this clock is simple, and as long as you have a wall outlet close enough to where you want to put the clock that the cable included with the clock will reach, it is as simple as plugging the included cable into the clock, into whatever USB wall adapter you have, and plugging the adapter into the wall.One thing I found refreshing about this clock is how simple it is to set up. No strange or confusing menus to wade through, just 4 simple physical buttons. One to set the brightness of the clock display, one that doubles as the "up" button for setting the time or switching the time display between 12 hour am/pm and 24 hour "military" time, one that doubles as the "down" button for setting the time or switching the temperature unit between Fahrenheit and centigrade, and one that enters the setting mode and steps through the hour and minute of the current time, alarm 1, 2, and 3.The time display mode switching and temperature unit switching are done by tapping the "up" or "down" buttons outside of "set" mode.There are capacitive touch snooze buttons on the left and right of the display for that little bit of extra sleep before getting up.Another nice thing about this clock is that it doesn't lose the time setting if you need to unplug it and move it, which has always been a headache for me when either the power goes out in a storm or I need to unplug my clock for one reason or another, I have to go through and set it all over again. Not anymore with this clock.In addition to the optional silicone rubber circle and ring that keep your phone in place on top of the clock, the clock comes with four grippy feet applied to the bottom of the clock that keep the clock from sliding around, which work really well.The only things that I would suggest in the way of improvements would be that the brightness levels be made more even. There are four brightness levels of the clock display as well as having the display off for those of us who need a very dark room to sleep. The first three brightness levels appear to my eye to be nearly the same, and the fourth is much darker than the other three, but the fourth suits me very well, so the fact that the other three are basically the same doesn't bother me.The other thing that would be an improvement would be the inclusion of a longer USB cable. The one included in the box is only 39 inches long, so it limits you as to where you can put the clock. Again though, if you are like me you have a box of cables of different lengths and can pick a longer one if you need it.I am impressed with this clock. It is lightweight but still feels high-quality, it is easy to set up and use, the wireless charging function works perfectly, and its design is very attractive, all at an incredible value. I would recommend this clock to anyone who wants to have wireless charging available at their bedside as well as have an attractive alarm clock to be able to see the time from anywhere in the room.

Temp isn’t accurate. Great size for night stand. Wireless top doesn’t always work.

So much less clutter. Works just fine with my Pro Max iPhone, and I don't have to remove the leather case. I just plop it right on top the clock and there is even an indicator that the phone is charging. It has 2 alarm timers. The ONLY complaint I have is that even with the adjustable brightness feature it is still pretty bright. Wish they would address that.

I bought this to replace an iHome piece that I had. The piece is nice looking but it's not serving the purpose I bought it for since the charger is not working. Once you place the phone on top, it will notify you it is charging and it will keep on deconnecting and connecting again. Everything while giving you the alert tone. Mind you that I placed this next to my bed for the convenience so I don't get to much sleep if I keep my phone on charger. What is even more annoying is that, even if it shows that it connects and disconnects from charger multiple time a night, I eneded up several times with a dead phone by morning. I finally had enough and returning this asap. Not sure if it was just my unit or all of them have this problem, but I got so frustrated I am not curious to find out.
