WOW, I'm impressed!
I ordered this June 7 and received it June 16. (Not bad from China!) Before purchasing, I was torn between this and the Glide Gear Geranos. Most reviews of the Geranos are excellent, but the weight capacity is just a tad too low for me. (I have to say, however, the lifetime warranty on the Geranos is EXCEPTIONAL and beats the 1 year warranty on the Moza Air; good for you Glide Gear! Hint, hint, Gudzen!!!)I took a chance on the Moza Air because of the greater weight bearing capacity, even though it had just come out and there weren't yet any reviews. Just before I got my Air, two reviews appeared that were very negative. I was getting concerned until my package arrived.I think the previous reviewers may have gotten pre-production units that some-how made it in to the retail market. (Not an excuse and I assume Gudsen will make it right.) I experienced none of the problems expressed in those reviews. The unit was beautifully fit and finished as well as easy to put together and balance. The battery charger fit the batteries properly and had space to charge 4 batteries. Even the horizontal bars worked flawlessly and seem very well made. More importantly, the gimbal was silent and worked flawlessly (except for one small problem that I think I caused. I'll discuss that in a moment). As an Android user, I'm waiting for Gudsen to port their control app they already have on apple phones to my app store. They promise it's coming soon so I wait patiently. Fortunately, the calibration software is already available for windows and works fine. (I'm not sure why the previous reviewer had difficulty, but it's working now.) I was able to recalibrate the response of my gimbal to thumb and movement inputs for slow, buttery smooth pan and tilt functions.I tested this unit with my GH4 and kit lens (light, balanced set-up) and my 70D with Tokina 11-16 f2.8 DXII (3 1/2 lbs, front-heavy set-up). This thing worked like a charm with both. I did try an extremely unbalanced, lens-heavy assembly with my GH4 and an old Nikon AI-s 35 - 70 F/3.5 with lens hood weighing in at over 19 ounces just for the lens. Because of the light body and front-heavy lens, I could almost but not quite balance the assembly. HOWEVER, all I'll have to do is add weight on the back of the camera and I'm sure it will balance fine. (You can do this because of the extra load capacity of the Air!)The one issue I did have occurred when I first put the heavy set-up on the gimbal. When I moved the handle of the gimbal from vertical to approximately 45 degrees, one of the gimbal motors began to vibrate and make noise. However, I believe this occurred because I had not yet calibrated the gimbal for this set-up and didn't balance the camera as well as I should have. That's it for now, but I'll post updates as I have a chance to actually use the gimbal. For now, I'm extremely impressed!

the system is great, but I personally believe the advertised weight limit ...
MOZA advertises this gimbal as supporting up to 5.5lbs. They also list the BMCC as a compatible camera. I purchased the gimbal with the intention of using it with my BlackMagic Cinema Camera. The gimbal CANNOT physically support the weight of the camera, unless the unit I received was defective. I successfully calibrated the system multiple times, but the motors would vibrate INTENSELY and eventually cut off under the weight of the BMCC. I tested the gimbal with a Canon 60D, and it worked well. Overall, the system is great, but I personally believe the advertised weight limit should be reduced. (Not a fault of the seller, but rather MOZA).

The Potential is there!
I was using the Moza air with my Panasonic GH5 and from the website and video I watched the features included for such a low price was incredible. So I played around and used it for about 2 weeks and unfortunately there was one persistent bug that couldn't be fixed with my unit. The horizontal axis kept tilting as I panned my camera 360 and the horizontal axis becomes off by a few degrees. So that issue was bothering which forced me into returning it and purchasing the Zhiyun Crane v2. The biggest feature I'll miss is the time lapse mode, that feature alone is absolutely incredible. So to be fair I'll give this product a 4 star review because I haven't seen anyone with my issue.ProsComplete package with handlesHard Travel caseLong battery lifeTimelapse modeHigh PayloadConsNot enough grip on the handle (material is too smooth)Batteries are hard to findGimbal is pretty big

Product Is not Ready for Prime Time
DO NOT BUY THIS GIMBAL! This gimbal was an overall, total disaster for me. IMO, they should have never released this to the market. For starters, there are zero instructions on how to update firmware, properly use the gimbal, how to use interfaces... how to balance written instructions were difficult to understand and require a video to walk and talk through the process. I had to figure this all out on my own by digging through Facebook pages and Youtube videos. The gimbal itself is very well built but for my Cannon 70D, the control is FULL of glitches and bugs. The gimbal will go through random freak outs consisting of vibrating viciously, spinning, up and down movements.. any direction, you name it. The horizon line is off no matter how perfect your balance is and the gimbal is very delayed to react when you turn corners. The iPhone app barely works, the time-lapse feature works once in a blue moon but when it does decide to work, it will stop taking pictures 2 minutes into a chosen longer period cycle. The app also is not very responsive to commands. They should really pull this from the shelves, gather feedback defect data from end users and develop countermeasure solutions to solve inherent problems. In addition, user friendly training materials must be developed before expecting people to pay $600 for this device. The website on-line support process is really bad, no phone numbers to talk to someone and no documented troubleshooting guidance given without going elsewhere. I have returned my Moza Air and will be purchasing the Zhiyun crane.

App does not yet work for android
I was excited was this arrived. Seems to work well, however I did not realize that the app to use it did not work for android. Though they are apparently make the app for android, it has made the product very difficult to use.
