Part of the best powder measure made, period.
The RCBS Little Dandy is both the least, and the most expensive powder measure mAde. The least, because he measure along can be had for thirty five bucks or less. The most, because if you were to purchase all the different rotors made for it you'd be several hundred dollars out of pocket. The thing is, once you do select a rotor, you have one of the most accurate and reliable measures made. Variation for one throw to the next is minuscule with most powders.I only have six roots for mine, but these six cover the most common loads I use. This particular rotor will toss exactly 4 grains of Bullseye, which generates subsonic, comfortable and accurate loads when combined with a 180gr cast bullet in a .357 magnum.

Works Perfectly
It fits, it works. Just don't believe what RCBS's chart says it will throw. Check each rotor with a good powder scale. I have ordered several that should have been the exact weight I wanted with the powder I was using. Luckily, so far, they have all come in under what the chart said. A little time with a drill, going slow and checking often, has gotten me where I needed to be, but it is a pain in the butt. I love my Little Dandy, been using it for 30 years. But, come on RCBS, update your chart for the rotors. Almost all the new powders out there are missing from the chart. At $12-$20 a pop for rotors, it's a pain in the butt, and my wallet, to buy rotors to experiment with.

GOOD IDEA, POOR RESULTS.
When using the CHART included with the Little Dandy powder dispenser it has been my experience that this rotor as well as two others purchased at the same time DO NOT dispense the amount of HS-6 or Power Pistol indicated. All three dispense a smaller amount of powder. Also in spite of the exact dimension of the cavity in each drum, the amount of powder dispensed is not consistent. I have been quite careful to use a consistent motion and timing to insure consistent results. I have been very disappointed with this purchase. I have reverted back to an older dispenser and get much better results. I would not make this purchase again. SORRY...it is what it is.

Oddly, can also be used for rifle reloading.
I have had mine a couple years now. It is perfect for throwing plinking charges for pistols.Recently I have been searching for something I could use for precision rifle shooting, and not finding anything that screamed buy me.I began playing around with the Little Dandy and discovered that with rifle powder CFE 223 it would discharge 8.5-8.6 grains a pop. 3 consecutive discharges would come up to 26.7 almost religiously. Many of my CFE charges are around the 24-28 grain range.... hmmmIt works well... the little dandy gets it close and the trickler finishes it accurate to the constraint of my scales.I am buying more rotors for additional flexibility.Who’da thunk it?Two thumbs up!
