Convenient with a pleasant aroma
Well, I had purchased the large gallon container in the past and this is my first time getting the aerosol. In terms of aroma and stability it seems to be top-notch, but the bad news is you will go through a can rather quickly even if you make an effort to be careful. I’m not a woman of means so it is likely that in the future I will get the non-aerosol even though I like this much much more! If you have the money by this, seriously…

Too strong!
The product is stronger than I anticipated it to be. My eyes became very irritated and the smell was unbearable. I think that the product should be sprayed when no one is at home for about a week. I’m not sure that the friendly little mice is still in my home or has left. I haven’t seen any signs but they can be hiding out in a place where the mice spray can’t reach and when the stray scent dies down, here we go again. Mind you I have sticky tape and the old fashion traps laying in every corner of the apartment. They carefully removes the bait from the traps and waits for the next meal for them which is peanut butter and cheese! I’m so upset!!! Don’t tell me about the landlord/manager the exterminator is a waste! The stuff they use is so weak and on purpose! If they killed them they would be out of a job. I can’t afford to move. It’s either here or the projects!😢

RAT returned 2 hours after application!
Followed directions PRECISELY in my 17' patio. Sprayed entire perimeter, along the bottom, along the top of the fence, up the entire fence corners. I used the ENTIRE can to ensure the place was saturated...I mean, saturated. The ground was not wet and it did not rain. LITERALLY 2 HOURS LATER, the rat ran right across the treatment and hung out in his favorite spot. I ran out and emptied 1/3 of the second can all along the perimeter he came through. Nothing for two days, then he returned and came through the twice-treated perimeter. UNBELIEVABLE!

It really works
I purchased this product in Nov 2024. Use it every week on so in the kitchen on the baseboards where mice use to dancing and dodge in and out constantly, now nothing. It's April 2025 and I have not seen any activity, thank God. Still can't believe it. I will continue to use this product. I've recommended it to others. I'm a very happy customer!
