Q: What are the 4 angle brackets on the inside for...I thought it might be to hold a cooking grate??? Does anybody know...

They are for holding up the domed grate that is intended to keep large cinders from escaping. I don't know why they are bent at so many right angles.

Q: Will this be shipped within a month ?

I would error on the side of it taking two months to ship. May just be better to buy from a third party seller that will ship much sooner.

Q: Do the legs lay flush against the fire bowl where they screw in? With the lenght of my screws I cant seem to get it to look like the picture.

They should. If then don't then you have two choices: Return as defective or get some black bolts (made for exterior use) from Home Depot or your regular hardware store.
