YUMMMM!
First you have to love Liverwurst, then you must also appreciate the convenience of it being in a can. Then you go ahead and buy the case of Underwood Liverwurst and stash it away for those moments when you're just craving some worst on rye or everything balls chips. Add a little chopped onion and a bit of garlic and refrigerate, and you'll have a great little Jewish Deli at home.

It is like the old Sells Liver Pate
I grew up eating Sells Liver Pate and it was the only liver product I could stand. Sells became increasingly hard to find and I couldn't find any comparable product I liked. After a lot of research, I found that B&G foods had purchased Underwood ( who apparently bought Sells). I read the ingredients and discovered they were identical to Sells Liver Pate ( I had saved an old label). I am so pleased to find this product! It is great on crackers, baguettes etc.
