I received this product today. It came in a clear plastic envelope and was way too small. The only label on the chin strap listed no maker and said made in China. The label on the plastic envelop does say SleepWell Pro and lists the item as XL size. The pictures on the Amazon web site were contradictory as to what they showed. I definitely think the description of the product was deceptive. I would send it back to Amazon except for the hassle of doing so - as it is I’ll give it to Goodwill.

I decided to try this when I had to share a hotel room with another person. After asking did it work, I was told most definitely that it did not. So I immediately decided to throw it away. Who wants to look like Hannibal Lecter anyway? It is very uncomfortable to boot.

What I received was not the sleepwell pro chinstrap that was showed and described in the listing. It was much smaller, had no brand anywhere on it, and had slight design differences that made the strap uncomfortable. (for example, the sharp part of the velcro was different and painfully dug into my scalp when I tried to wear it at max size).

Works well

It was labeled a large, but it was way too small for my head even with an adjustment.

lasted less than two months till it was stretched out too far. Also left dye stains on cpap and pillow.
