These are perfect for plantar facaitis support, the only issue is its completely solid. Just put it under the insole or buy an additional padded insole to put on top, it's very uncomfortable walking directly on this insert. The 3/4 length is perfect because it doesn't cramp my toes and also no trimming, so it's easy to move to a different pair of shoes. It does slip easily if its not firmly in place, so its best for shoes with full foot coverage, not something like a ballet flat, and definitely only use it in flat shoes, it won't conform to something with even a small heel. It is better for standing and minimal walking, because it is solid there's no flex for running or sports. I wear it daily in my work shoes and it's the perfect support, as long as you understand the limits and buy this with the right expectations it is a perfect solution to arch and heel pain.

I found these very comfortable. I know they say they're for people with high arches. My feet are very flat but I find them very comfortable, and like the extra arch support. I also got the arch supports for people who are over 240 lb even though I am not, because I like them to be strong rigid and last a long time!

I like the support, however, when I stand for long periods of time, my foot goes a little numb. However, It is one of the better insoles I have encountrted and they are better than the dr. (S)"brand"..

Quality and price.

These inserts really work. I can wear shoes that I couldn't otherwise. I have arthrosis in the 2nd metatarsal (middle of the foot) and it hurts to walk without these.

Walking with these soles makes me feel tired and with feet pain

I should have selected a larger size. I purchased size Medium, but they are too small for me. The arch is too close to my heel. I wear women's size 9. Size Medium is for sizes 7-9.5 . That size range runs too small. I would be better with the next size up, which is Large for sizes 10-12 .Yet, this are great inserts for my shoes. I will be ordering them again. But I need to return these first. I wonder if the sizing issues with these inserts may be due to the fact that I have very short toes.Here is what I learned. If shoes fit a little bit big in the toe area full length inserts are ideal. to add over or under the insoles which came in the shoes. If shoes have no extra room in the toe area it is important to use 3/4 length insets. We are often encouraged by the people at the orthopedic doctors off ice to remove the insoles that came in the shoes and add orthodic inserts instead, BUT many womens shoes do not have removable insoles. In that case you must use 3/4 length inserts such as these.

These are hard as a rock. Also, I have extremely high arches but these must be special. They were so high the pressed into my arch and hurt.
