NOVA Medical Products Walker Glide Skis, Universal Fit, One Pair, Black

I did a lot of reading of reviews. Right now I must use a walker, both inside and outside the house. The average tip for the glider wears out in no time when you use it on cement. Within days. So I wanted something more durable. These are outstanding! First they are made of very heavy duty material. Secondly, they absolutely glide across carpeting, much easier to walk with, relieving the natural strain to some degree of pushing the walker around. Third they were easy to put on. I am very impressed with these after trying 3 other kinds. I will update in a few weeks to tell you how long they lasted. Most especially if you use your walker indoors, these are absolutely perfect. They will last you a long time, and make walking a little easier.UPDATE: April 23I have been using these almost 3 weeks. There is very little sign of wear. They are made well, really do glide and I am on cement a lot as I take my walker everyplace. I highly recommend theseUpdate May 20th. Be using these 2 months. Go out to doctors often, to restaurants, to the mall, over cement, over uneven driveways, over rough tiles, almost daily. There is absolutely NO WEAR on these. I am so impressed. This is the first pair of gliders I have had that stood the test of time. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.Update June 26Have had these over 2 months. Been using outdoors a lot, and indoors, so far no wear. I have used these over hardened tiles, pavement, sidewalks, and I am rather amazed at how they are holding up. I have tried quite a few tips for walkers and not had this kind of result with anything else. Most of my other kinds of tips wore out within a 2 week period, yet here I have used these everyday for many surfaces and they show no wear. This is a great investment, and you will be happy with them. Cannot believe the negative reviews on this. I have tested them well, and found them a very sturdy product.

They really do work! Much better than tennis balls. Used for recent knee surgery.

These ski sliders were a sturdy replacement for the ones that came with a walker I purchased. They fit snuggly and glide well.

These fit my Delog Narrow Foldable Walker perfectly!

Sides easier across most surfaces, fits snuggly in place. I bought these to replace the "shoes" that came with my walker which kept getting stuck on the edges of carpets or on slight edges or raised cracks in sidewalks. I use my walker for travel because my other walker with a seat is heavier and bigger.

I use the skis on my walker. They work OK indoors and on thepavement outside.

We were replacing tennis balls on my father’s walker every couple of months. These work great. The walker glides better and they don’t wear out.

I've had mine a couple years and use often. WORKS.

These didn't fit my own walker, so I gave them to a friend who has the traditional grey metal walker, and who lives in a nursing home. She was positively ecstatic about them!!! She said it was so nice to be able to use her walker so easily indoors and outdoors without those horrible tennis balls. Now everyone in her nursing home wants them and is planning to order them. I kept a pair for myself because I will be having a hip replacement and will use them on the traditional walker that I'm anticipating having to use. I have a light weight walker that uses glides that are at a different angle. Glides are wonderful - I've used them in the house, at the beach, in the snow, on cement, on grass - they're wonderful!
