It’s cute and classy. Only complaint is that it pops up a lot. You can’t really tell by the pictures of the item but the decor and flowers are bulgy. I would buy it again if needed, just make sure you put it lower and not on top so you don’t have a come head.

I bought this to wear to a 1940s themed party. It's plastic but not flimsy. It came with a headband that you can hook to it in order to wear it securely. it didn't move on my head all night. It's made of flocked plastic but has the appearance of a nice hat.

I do like the hat. But it doesn't look and feel right.Therefore would like to return. Please send shipping label.

The picture is deceptive. Not at all what I expected. Returned!

Item was poorly/cheaply made but it does look as displayed in the photos. It also does the job and looks pretty. However I would be careful about wearing it too much or possibly bumping your head into anything.. as said before, it is cheaply made.
