Globe Men's GS Skate Shoe

got a 13 and they were too long in the toe, but perfect in the heel. I returned them for a 12 and the toe is the right size, but it's a little tight in the heel. It's odd because I used to wear Globes in size 13. I'm not sure if they changed up their sizing system or what.But the tightness doesn't hurt. It just takes some getting used to. Or my feet could just be a weird size. The shoe is good looking and the material is awesome. I'd say it's worth a purchase.

I purchased these in August 2016. Two months later I found myself ordering shoe-goo to attempt to repair them because the sole was peeling away from the heel on both. One was particularly bad. The shoe-goo treatment managed to net me another 4 months of use but I've just ordered a new pair of kicks and I can tell you they are not made by Globe. The attached photos show the current status of the shoes. The discoloration/gunk you see is from the shoe-goo surgery some months back. Clearly, I'm not a cobbler.I wish I could say I beat these things up and that for them to have lasted this long is a miracle. I can't. I don't even own a skateboard, I just like the look and feel of skate shoes. I work in IT and sit at a desk about 10 hours a day and occasionally go on walks for exercise, that's it. The harshest thing these shoes have experienced is going up and down the stairs. The durability leaves a lot to be desired, which is very disappointing because personally I think they look great.If you happen to already own these shoes and they're falling apart on you, try shoe-goo. That stuff gets four stars.

My clothes-picky over 60 husband found these at a beach/surf shop last fall and just asked me to order another pair for him so he'll have it when the first pair wears out. His clothes-conscience son-in-law is very happy with the pair we gave him for Christmas. They may say "board shoes" but they are a great casual dress alternative to boat/deck shoes. Super comfy, look nice with shorts or khaki slacks, great support. Also, the insole is removeable if you like to use your own insoles or orthotics.

Nice shoe. Just a little strange on the underside of the foot. There is a tiny arch on the wrong side. But getting to used to it.

Got these for 30 bucks. For that price they are awesome as a skate shoe. Ive been skating in them for a while now and they are still holding up. You can definitely see the wear from doing tricks but there are no holes or anything. They are also super comfortable and provide nice support without being to bulky.

I remember paying $80+ for Globes years ago and for the price they are now it's a steal. I skated 2+ months in them and the upper and laces lasted but the soles blew out. Not too bulky, and not too slim, ample padding and a good insole.

Sole started to fall apart at the back after 3 months of everyday use. I thought Globe would be a helluva lot more durable then what they are, considering they are a skate shoe. They are very comfortable and look amazing but just didn't hold up for as long as I was expecting.

Very shoe for the price. Was a little tight the first couple of days, but after a bit of breaking in they fit extremely well. One of the best values I've gotten for a shoe. At 26 dollars I'd buy another pair even if these only last 3 or 4 months.

Good shoe fit a bit small

Bastante buenos, calidad color y forma comodidad. normalmente utilizo talla 9 UK pero en este caso solo tenían 8.5 asi que corri el riesgo y lo ordene, encajan a la perfección sin calcetines gruesos.

Bought for extra grip while biking. They are great for that, but I found myself wearing them all the time. They are easy to slip on and are very comfortable.

Muy buen producto, solo que se retrasó en la aduana varios días. Llegó muy bien empacado y en orden. Muy recomendable.
