Soothing and easy to apply
I use these eye drops in the morning to wake my eyes up a bit. They feel so nice once applied and I will be re-purchasing once I run out!

Good
Great but the bottle isn’t great. You have to really squeeze it to get the drop out and that makes putting it in your eye even more dramatic because it takes longer for the drop to come out. Also there is ALWAYS an extra drop that spills out onto the side of the dropper. No way around it so you’re wasting product. Overall it helps review my dry eye during work days.

Difficult Packaging Design Overshadows Everything...
The eyedrops themselves, when you can get the solution into your eye, are great - however - if you're purchasing these eyedrops for someone with hand weakness, tremors, mobility issues in general - I (unfortunately) do not recommend buying this. :( 1. It's NOT like the standard Visine style delivery system where you barely squeeze the bottle and you've got drops everywhere (and one or two are guaranteed to hit the target). You must REALLY SQUEEZE HARD before even one drop comes out. 2. While you very firmly squeeze the bottle for quite a few seconds until a drop is released - if you have unsteady hands, and can't stand with head tilted back for more than 5-10 seconds, this will be difficult for you. 3. The cap does NOT "lock" on - you cannot tell if the cap is secure.. If you're going to put these drops in your purse, be sure to put them in a ziplock baggie to avoid the probability that the cap will come off if the bottle is loosely in a side pocket, etc. The drops are nice - they are soothing & seem to work ok. But the package design is so awful, I'm on amazon today trying to find another similar product with an easier-to-use dispensing bottle. Bummer. **Updated with a photo** Just used the drops to flush some dust out of my eye - and decided to include a photo to illustrate what the core of the problem could be. The tip is SO TINY and "barely there". With other eyedrops, you have something you can see that physically points to your eye (those of us who are blind without glasses on will "get" this lol). When you hold this away from your eye - I swear it's impossible to hit your eyeball with the drop, so you have to move it closer to your eyeball. And even then you can't get the drop to fall onto your eyeball. It needs to have an adequate-length tip that you can accurately aim at your eye to deliver the drop.

Keeps eyes refreshed. Highly recommend!
Works really well. My son puts it in his eyes every morning to keep his eyes refreshed throughout the whole school day and when he gets home, he sometimes puts in 1 to 2 more drops just to make sure his eyes didn't dry out in the afternoon becuase when his eyes do get dry, his vision gets blurry and it is uncomftorable for him. Additionally, he said that it is very easy to put the drops into his eyes. He also took the eye drops, and then put like 10 drops into one of those travel kits into the bottle that has a small nozzle so you can just drop it into your eyes while somewhere else because the eye drops could not fit into the kit. It has been 2 months and he still is using it. I bet it will last a lot longer because it is still pretty full. Though I do really wish that the eye drops lasted the whole day, not just half.

Very Good Drops No Irritation Bottle is Fine
I have no problem with the bottles as many reviewers complain and I am 76 with decreased manual dexterity and constantly drop things. I find the cap fine and no problem squeezing out a couple drops. I also think this design cap keep the bottles sterile. BioTrue dry eye drops work really well for me with very dry eyes and feel so refreshing and not sticky afterward. First time using almost felt like super clean purified water I sometimes use an Allergy eye drop during bad allergy season and my eyed become unbearably scratchy. I found HydraSense Allergy Complete from CTC Canada. Works as well as Similisan. For many years used Similisan drops made in Switzerland but it is homeopathic classified and USA no longer permits its sale. Very annoying to have to order from Canada and pay $15 postal and it is often out of stock. Similisan has great products. Their Allergy eyes drops are awesome too preservative free. . So had to find alternatives that don’t burn my sensitive dry eyes. I had to stop wearing contacts 30 years ago due to dry eye. Recently started using Optive vials but they sometimes leave my eyes feeling blurry almost sticky like. After several months of using my eyes became red so I wondered if I developed an allergy to Optive. BioTrue very good. Only drawback vs vials, with a single bottle if you take it with you and lose it you have a real problem which I just did. So will keep 2 on hand. I have to do drops at least 2x a day and warm wet compress on my eyes per my Ophthalmologist when I get up in the morning. So far no irritation and eyes happier.
