These were a necessity for sizing down my Willow pump flanges. Highly recommend your measure and double measure your nipple size to make sure you are using the right flange. My nipples were sore and output was low and it turned out I was using too large of a flange!!! I got these inserts to solve the problem without getting more expensive willow flanges. I recently purchased a TSRETE Wearable Breast Pump in order to be able to pump on the go. Unfortunately, I ran into the same problem I encountered with my Evenflo breast pump, which is that the flanges were too large. I bought this insert, hoping remedy the problem. It absolutely did. My breast pump immediately become much more effective. It was easy to insert into the preexisting flange, is easy to wash, and seems to be holding up well several weeks later. I wouldn't hesitate to purchase this flange again.

I like how the pieces are easy to clean. It’s kind of difficult to put them back into the flanges once they are dry. I found that it’s easier to place them in the flanges while your washing them. They slide right in with water. Also, the length, after a while of using them the start to pinch the nipple which is uncomfortable. It would be better if they were longer.

Work great with the Elvie stride. They are clear so you can still see if your nipple is lined up properly. Also used them with my freebie cups and they worked great. Increased my output having the correct size.
