Not brilliant sorry
Beware its not pure folate. Got extra stuff. My normal brand has 2 ingredients water and the folate this has 7. Non appear too nasty but it gave me the worst cramps. Poss the oil as ive no gallbladder.

Improvement in symptoms but vile taste
I tried this for 2 weeks, and I do feel an improvement with my attention and focus (ADHDer here), it could be the placebo effect, I don't know? But the taste is HORRID! I don't think I can do another week because of the taste alone
