Nice covers that add decor and uniqueness to those boring plain switch covers. Black tip screws. I thought about painting the switch itself black, but then, you may not be able to see lol. They are a tad bit smaller than a standard cover, so make sure you measure your existing opening to the box before purchasing or you may end up having to modify. They are metal, and yes you can turn them over and use either side. Both sides are the same and there is no padding that comes with it. It is not thick, they are basic sheets of metal so they will not stick out from your wall unless your switch box/receptacle are not seated properly. The only complaint for me is, how thin they are, but other than that they look very nice.

Received 8/2023. They updated and provided screws are now black - previous reviews mentioned sent with white screws.Great quality. Cute designs. I did not realize that my outlets are not flush with the wall. When this plate was installed alone, it left a significant gap between the plate and the wall. Also it's a little shorter than the standard cover exposing hardware beneath in addition to the gap. Thus I decided to install it over the existing white cover (see image).

I love them they are perfect for what we need. Install was fine BUT they send white screws and the plates are black -- that is why I gave a 4 star - otherwise they were made very well.

These are good quality and fit nicely. Only complaint is it came with white screws instead of black. Ended up buying some black screws

I really like the wall plates, but dang, white screws? Suggestion: bite the cost of the wrong 75,009 screws you bought in bulk & reorder correctly, or painstakingly paint them w a quality spray paint. Hire a kid, schools out. On the other hand, maybe correcting it isn’t worth this company’s time due to …? Going out of business as soon as you offload your inventory, general lack of company pride ? Idk, just guesses. In this instant gratification age, you cannot install your purchase until you have spent additional time & pennies on something that you were expecting to be right in the first place. There, I think I got it all out ! lol Nice plates

These do not work with newer safety outlets because they are made like the new flat switches and attach differently and therefore cannot be used.

Nice black light switch surrounds. Came with white screws which I had to spray paint individually. Item should be priced lower if customer has to paint all the hardware used to mount them

Why would you make a cover plate smaller than the universal plates used in the industry
