Creates a great bark and the seasoning is perfect

I was very excited to try this Brisket rub on a $70 brisket in the smoker however the brand new bottle was one solid rock of spices. I tried to break it up but it was very chunky and looked like tar balls on the meat. Waste of $10 however it did smell amazing. The seller reached out to me offering a refund however I was able to chop up in a spice grinder and use on a brisket. Has great flavor and made a nice bark. I will give them another try in the future.

( Black rub ) I wanted a black rub that I could put on my smoked food to give it that nice poster look with decent flavor very happy with the results on my quest in doing so I purchased 4 others on Amazon to help achieve this goal. By far this one had the best flavor

Proud to support 10-42 in all they pursue. The rubs are second to none. We are always trying new seasonings and rubs and this set did not disappoint. My husband is quite the connoisseur. These showed up just in time for smoking/grilling season and we’ve already used (and loved) them all. What is special are the two folks behind the taste! You can feel the thought and love they put into each one.

This is my second purchase.I originally ordered to replace a brand I loved but is no longer available. However, I found I preferred this one better! It's absolutely excellent on almost every beef dish. I absolutely recommend...especially seasoning roasts & burgers

I would like to give an honest review of this seasoning, but I can’t even use it. The entire bottle has become what appears to be one giant cat turd. I tried a little bit that hadn’t turned into a rock and it was tasty and would probably be good on a brisket. This item is not eligible for return so I’m glad I didn’t buy the big bottle.-edit-Seller reached out and corrected the issue, so I upped it a few stars. Still haven’t gotten to try it and I don’t do a brisket often enough to buy it again right now. But the seller gets A+ marks in my books.
