Since the bass is adjustable (five levels) you can lower it to precisely enhance clarity. You can connect via Bluetooth, a stereo patch cord or via digital optical to ensure it is compatible with a wide range of devices. Compact in size, the soundbar and subwoofer fit well when space and clean looks are important. Bass is non-directional so the subwoofer sounds great if it's conveniently placed away from the soundbar. Bass, treble, volume and mode are adjusted with the included remote control. The soundbar and subwoofer are not meant for loud pounding, ear piercing action movies like you'd find in a large dedicated home theater, but are extraordinary in a modestly sized big screen room (recommended for 20 ft. x 14 ft. room or smaller). The soundbar and subwoofer are ideal if you prefer audio projected towards your seating area from a TV entertainment system or gaming console.
