Hakka 15lbs(7 Liter) Sausage Machine 2 Speed Stainless Steel Horzontal Sausage Stuffer

The seller was professional to call , and inform me of an issue with my order I requested stainless steel nozzles. The product arrived on time, undamaged, and appears to be constructed of quality gauge steel. For a few cents more, adding a stainless steel crank handle, and Trefoil Nut (Locking Nut) instead of aluminum would improved the durability. It comes with plastic nozzles which one of them is damaged. That's all good.I have not used it prior to writing this review. I plan to use it to fill Lumpia, and egg rolls to insure consistency of shape, and size.

Easy to use. Perfect

I first ordered the 7 pound horizontal unit, and it is built and functions excellent. The only issue I had was I wish I ordered the larger size. It fits more like 4-5 pounds of ground sausage meat. I ordered a second unit, the 15 pound horizontal unit and it holds more like 12 pounds of ground meat, which I found works perfectly for full-length hog casing. Bottom line is that it's a well built, efficient and easy to use/clean unit.

What a pleasure to use during this years annual sausage tradition. Our 55th year and 800lbs of italian sausage. The stuffer worked flawlessly and sped things up significantly over the old worm screw type grinder/stuffer! Easy to load, use, and clean!We used the 7liter horizontal and perfect for us. If you don't have a lot of table space then you might want to consider a verticle unit over the horizontal. The horizontal worked perfectly.As a family, we've made over 12 tons of sausage over the years. I can attest that the hakka stuffer is well made and a great filnd for us!!

Very well built considering the price. First time we used it we stuffed 65lbs of sausage without a hitch. A few sharp edges and the crank could be a bit heftier. Overall thus stuffer is worth every penny. I've used the $500.00+ stuffers and this one is damn near as good. If you are the occasional sausage maker this is the one to get for sure.
