I’ve been looking for these for years because I was gifted one and absolutely love it. Such a great gift and my favorite kitchen tool!

The board is great and the quality of the blade is good. This was a gift. We really wanted a larger 7" blade. Could not find one like our old ulu anywhere. This one is only 5" wide, too small for larger hands to hold it securely. I don't know how sturdy it is yet. Time will tell.

This was a replacement product for one that I had for about 18 years. It was ordered, delivered and packaged perfectly. Everything was wonderful with this.
