Not the right product delivered. Instead of two handles, one handle was delivered as in a pan.

To be called "paella pan" it has to be oven proof. This one is not labeled as oven proof.

"New" but it was delivered with a repaired ding in the exterior enamel.
I wanted a 13 inch saute pan without a "pan handle", and with two insulated "D shaped" handles. Would have preferred stainless steel but those had only non-insulated handles.This pan appeared to have good design and materials, but was received with a defect in the outer enamel, which had been coated with a patch of unknown material. It was returned to Amazon for replacement.

Nice large 13" circumference I have used it several times and am quite pleased.

Was expecting more. Ended up being disappointed. Should have stuck with a better known brand.
I've used thus pan for about 1 year now. It has poor heat distribution, and poor build quality. The handle kept getting loose over time. Using it to fry will result in the food getting burned on one side of the pan and undercooked on the other side.
