Manhattan Toy Folklore Fun-gi Magnetic Wooden Toadstool Shaped Stacking Toy for Babies 12 Months and Up

My 5 month old daughter and I both love this toy! My daughter’s favorite game right now is to crawl over and knock it down as fast as we can build it back up again. When she’s older I’m sure she’ll enjoy stacking it herself in all the various ways it can be put together. I love how high quality and visually pleasing it is to look at. It’s painted in beautiful vibrant colors and the little leaf and fawn design on the bottom piece is such a lovely unexpected touch. Magnetic toys always make me nervous but the magnets are built into each piece in such a way there’s no change of them coming out. It was quickly become a favorite in our house!

This magnetic mushroom toy is so cute. I bought for my grand daughter and we used to build different shapes with this. The magnets hold nicely but are easy for a toddler to take apart. Very nice toy addition. Hope this helps.

I bought this for a coworker’s baby shower. Her nursery theme is mushrooms, light pinks and sage green. The colors and artistry are top notch. They matched her theme perfectly. This wooden mushroom toy is absolutely adorable and beautifully made, the wood is smooth, the colors are vibrant, and overall it has a lovely aesthetic. It looks great on a shelf and feels high quality in terms of materials. However, the magnetic design is a bit of a letdown. The pieces don’t hold together very well and fall apart easily, which can be frustrating for both kids trying to play with it and for parents trying to tidy up or move it. It constantly comes apart when being handled, which really takes away from the experience. If the magnets were stronger or the design more stable, this would be a near-perfect toy. As it is, it's cute—but not as functional as it could be.

My kid loved this. It kept her busy for hours. Love this toy. It came quick in good condition.

The pieces are nicely made but the “magnets” have absolutely no strength to them. They just fall right off one another. Without the magnets to assist, they are fairly difficult to balance and are much better suited for ages 3+. The paint is done nicely and it is the ideal size for him otherwise. It’s just not generically age appropriate for the difficulty level.
