Hopeless junk and cant get a refund after 6 weeks. Cannot speak to Amazon, deferred to manufacturer
The media could not be loaded. 6 weeks and cannot get a refund. Customer support ignoring emails. Product poor then fails to work, best hope is that it fails within 30 days after that its very difficult. To date, I cant speak with anyone!
