A captivating read! This book gives an insight into the scientific theory about the relationship between space and time, the theory of gravitation and the universe.

This book requires lot of knowledge before reading it is not like 'A Brief History Of Time'. So If you are a nerd and into Physics and Maths, Its for you.

This is one hell of a theory from the master himself. Relativity is a confusing theory beyond certain level.[Space Diagrams, Lorentz transform, Simultaneity, Space Time, Gravity, Time dilation, Length contractions] One cannot complete this book if he doesn't share a common interest in the mentioned physics stuffs.Major Con : Language is difficult (compared to stephen hawking books), Need additional materials for referencing.Major Pro : Explained in short & preciseSuggestion : The youtube channel minutephysics explains almost all the topics in this book in a playlist with some great examples & actions.

Language is easy to understand. Everything is explained clearly from the root.

The media could not be loaded.  I received it in good condition and the quality of the book is fine. 10/10.

This product have many interesting chapters but this book has any hard words this book is best for children of 9 th standard or above.

The media could not be loaded.  This book contains lot of numerics / sums or the formulae. So if you really into Astronomy get it or else you can get bored of it easily. Or if you looking for Astronomy book but non numeric then go for (A brief History of Time from Big Bang to Black Holes) by STEPHEN HAWKING and (The theory of everything The origin and Fate of the Universe) by STEPHEN HAWKING.

The main problem is that there are not too much photos and the words used are too complicated

Difficult read, but what a prize to understand it!

This book is a ripoff. Someone printed some pdf, but it doesn't even contain the images. Instead, it contained the file names (!) of the images.

Ho avuto la sensazione di aver capito perfettamente la teoria della relatività, ma appena ho terminato il libro mi sono accorto che era solo l'effetto illusorio dell'impressionante lucidità di Einstein nell'esporre concetti a lui evidentemente chiarissimi.Mente superiore.

Well-written presentation by the author and translator in bite-sized chunks of information, developing the theories in logical steps. Some understanding of algebra is needed to follow the arguments, but concepts sequentially build on each other. Supporting appendices help explain material essential to the book for those needing additional background. Some language is dated and uses formats and expressions no longer in use, but can be understood through careful reading. Some terms might require a dictionary for those not having prior physics experience, but this is not a major limitation. Given how broadly these theories are now used, this short book is a worthwhile time investment for any serious adult or high school student. It would be a great book to read and discuss with others for its meaning and implications.
