Q: Is the deluxe model different

I think the only difference is the deluxe is a little bigger. I believe they both have around 17 pockets.

The height is 8.5 inches. Very nice product

Q: How much weight can it hold?

I’m not sure. I have quite of bit of stuff in mine but I mainly use mine for when 8 go to retreats not everyday in my craft room
