REVLONPhotoready Airbrush Mousse Makeup, Shell, 1.4 Ounce

Received pkg on time which is great since I just ran out of my previous one. I have been using the Revlon Photoready Airbrush Mousse Makeup for over a year now and I love it! I it goes on light and smooth and does not feel heavy or sticky on my face, nor does it look like I have makeup on. It covers well and I have received compliments. I have very sensitive skin and this does not have any adverse affects on my skin whatsoever. It gives great coverage to wrinkles, dark circles, blemishes etc... I really like this makeup and wish that I could find it in retail stores around my area, however I am unable to find it. I am hoping they are not going to discontinue it. As soon as I find a makeup that I like, it gets discontinued - unreal! So for now I will continue to order it on Amazon. Try it out for yourself and you will see a difference. I have light skin as I am not in the sun a lot so I go with the SHELL color. Great buy for the money!

I loved the Revlon Photo ready when it first came out, the old school pump one. I wanted to try it again, but I was too lazy to go to the store, so I hit up Amazon. Apparently, it comes in a mousse now and the reviews are mixed. So, I blew 11 dollars and ordered it. NOPE and I mean that in the absolutely nopest way imaginable. First, it is thick and oily consistency. I read that in the reviews but assumed they meant the smooth oil. No, this is the tacky oily you get when you are trying to apply makeup on a super humid day, when nothing spreads properly and its thin in the wrong places and weird clumpy streaky in others. I could feel my eyelids sticking when I blinked, even after applying powder. And it smells! It smells like old plastic and mop water. I put it on anyway, thinking the smell would dissipate but it doesn't. It's really strange to walk around being able to smell your own face. And finally, it burns. It starts as a slight sting while you're applying it and then your skin turn red as your are trying to blend it, making it harder for proper coverage. So here I am, applying this mess to my face, with my eyes streaming tears that sting, (although I couldn't tell if it was from the make up itself or the smell) thinking that it has to get better or so many people wouldn't have loved it. It doesn't get better, don't be that person that puts on makeup that smells disgusting and is burning your skin. Put on pants and go to the store.

I hate greasy foundations that need powder to set and needs retouching. This Foundation stays all day, and is not greasy. This goes on very easy I use a blender sponge.

When I first opened the lid and dispensed some of the mouse out onto my finger, I was very skeptical. It was so light and airy. But then I applied it and I was totally amazed! It covered my flaws and went on very smooth. It blended and matched my skin tone perfectly. It dried to a very nice matte finish. I am very pale, and "shell" was just the shade I have been searching for. I am very impressed with the coverage. The only negative thing I have to say about it, is that it gets all over the bottle during dispensing and can get messy if you dont wipe it off tight away. I have been trying it out on my friends and they love it too. Will buy again.

I have long heard about how well the Photoready products cover flaws and make skin look flawless, so I caved in and tried it. I was not disappointed. The Airbrush Mousse is indeed lightweight and covers well, at least for my light, sensitive skin, anyway. I found that it works well for me with or without primer, is not sticky or thick, yet not runny or melty. And its good for 40-year old skin! A friend recommended I try it since I was looking for age-appropriate, sheer but effective coverage, and I do believe I have found my makeup niche. ITs good for skin of any age, but if you're 40, like me, and you're looking for something suited for your face, then try this. It worked for me.

Horrible. Impossible to put on because it comes out in globs, and doesn't spread evenly. Its just a mess. Don't waste your money like me.

Oh how I wish I had read the reviews before I ordered this. I have used the regular foundation in the past and love it. I thought this might be a good alternative for summer, due to the lighter formulation. All I can say is that the smell is VILE. Two hours after applying it still reeks like a combination of rotten flowers and chemicals. Since it's classified as a "hazardous or flammable substance" it cannot be returned for a refund. Sorry, but not amount of great coverage is worth the nausea this has caused. I expect better from Revlon.

I didn't like how it appeared a bit sparkly but once powder is put over it you don't notice it as much
