Delivery. : UPS to Uk and a bit frustrating but arrived earlier than estimated.Assembly: If you have ever touched a bike in your life, it is just as straightforward. Attach the handlebar and front wheel with pedals. Check all screws for tightness. Finish. :)Ride : smooth. With my weight 54 kg to bike 35 feels more like a motorcycle to me. So not advised to carry upstairs.did it a few times :hard. If you have to : take the battery out ;)Battery life seems good as I commute every day around 50 km ( 30 and something miles) there is still some left at the end of the way, but you should expect a bit of drop in power... See the livall screens to give you an idea. So far 255 km on the clock.Display : is ok, manual is there on the web, but I still have not found how to put a password on it, for extra protection. ( Work in progress)In general really happy with it. Support is 12 h difference so answer as soon as they can.

Initially I had a battery issue and Shengmilo done what they could to delay me, how-ever, the seller was fantastic and stopped a return.The battery provided struggled to do 10 miles on a single motor, on flat ground. This was not as advertised. After telling them that it is either replace battery or return item then Shengmilo accepted a battery replacement. The seller was amazing! Shengmilo (bike manufacturer) was annoying and nearly caused the return.I can not praise the seller enough!The bike looks nice and I've had countless compliments on it. If you end up running out of battery then it isn't that bad at cycling. Fat tyres help with comfort while not being detrimental on rolling resistance.The 3 main 'bad' points are:1. Hydraulic breaks, this bike could do with smoother breaking.2. Light is pathetic and you'll be looking for a replacement within a month, mine has already died.3. Wiring for throttle includes a horn and not easy to find a replacement.

It's a great bike if you can get buy having to buy better tyres and stronger front forks

Hi I am loving to ride this e-bike and it is has got very powerful machine and is very comfortable on hills and on off road.

VLFINA Full suspension Electric Bike, 26inch, 7spd, 48V15Ah Lithium Battery, ebike.It was incorrectly addressed and was delivered to another house in my street, I had to to chase up the carrier myself to find out what had happened to it, the carrier was adament that they had delivered it to the right house depite that the householder told them they had not ordered an electric bike, it was signed for "by bricks" - left beside a pile of bricks in the driveway. The order clearly stated it should have been signed for (by a person and not a brick!). I collected it myself and got it home.It was quite well packed and undamaged, as for assembly that was quite easy apart from the untangling of the handlebars. The brake levers were on the wrong side - front on left instead of on the right. Having assembled the bike to my satisfaction I put it charge, I waited for the charging cycle to finish - instryctions say a fully charged battery is indicated by a green led on the mains unit, I waited for 20 hours and it still showed red. According to the LCD bike display the battery was fully charged. I raised this issue with the supplier - who did reply promptly to my questions, but were not asnwered fully - I felt as though I was being fobbed off.I went for test ride, the bike was powerful - too powerful for my liking, the power came very sharply which was a bit disconcerting, but I suppose it did what it was supposed to do. I would much prefer to have a more progressive power delivery. The push buttons give 5 speeds rather than 5 power levels. The battery doesn't seem to have any real protection from water ingress insomuch as the removable battery connectors are at the base and this area will get plastered in water mud no doubt. The LCD controller is clear and easy to read, but there were no instructions how to change some of the settings. I downloaded the King-meter manual but it was difficult to understand as was the display setting screens, so I gave up on that. The tyres are 3 inch which are not so widely available as the 4 inch fat tyre, the rear suspension is very hard and didn't seem to soften the bumps. Headlight but no tailight. It's not clear from the Amazon description that this bike has a 500w motor which does comply with UK law.I'm not very pleased with my purchase and will be getting rid of it ASAP.

The bike works very well and having dual motors gives it great performance tackles the steepest hill no problem.

I used the bike to get around, it works great, it rides like a motorbike, everything works fine, great product
