Excellent Product
I was looking for a product that would help to bring back the original look of my lite beige grout and I found one. This product by Custom Building Products TLOSQT-3 TileLab OneStep Cleaner and Resealer is super. I sprayed in on the grout and got on my knees and used a brush to work it into the grout. To my surprise it actually cleaned the grout and brought back the original color. Was amazed at the build-up of other material in the grout from using a regular floor cleaner over the past few years. This product did the job and I am ordering more. Plus after using this product I realize that to keep your ceramic tile floors looking good, you need to use a product specifically made to clean grout, which I plan to do from now on. Another big plus for using this product is you are also sealing the grout at the same time!

Wonderful Stuff!
This Really Works! I recently purchased a steam mop and my light grout and tile floors became filthy! I obviously quit using the steam mop and went back to the old fashion kind but my floors were still dirty. I decided to give this a try due to the double duty cleaner sealer. You must use a hard bristled brush one for tile and one for your grout. It is hard work but the results are amazing. I used a professional grout brush ( Rubbermaid) it was about four dollars on Amazon and a medium handled brush (xoxo) for the tile portion. If you have a large area to do you will need several grout brushes because they wear down. You will only need one tile brush for a small to medium home and possibly one more for a large home. Buy more cleaner than you anticipate because it will go fast if you have to repeat any areas. I finished by mopping the floors several times with hot water. I hope this helps!

It does work, I use a bleach first to ...
It does work, I use a bleach first to help clear up the tile, then the Tilelab cleaner along with the battery powered scrubber from Rubbermaid and it works well just not perfectly clean. The main negative I have with this product is the areas where the product spills over from your grout on the tile it does leave a film that's noticeable in the light, especially on white tile.

This stuff is amazing. Spray on
The grout in our apartment is pale grey and for some reason it was left unsealed. Even though we were the first tenants, within a few months it had started to look dingy.. Since I have a pet and asthma, I was in the market for something that would be non-toxic and still do the job. This stuff is amazing. Spray on, give it a quick brush and the grout looks brand new. I use it on the tile when I mop and I can definitely see a difference in how quickly it gets dirty and how easily it cleans. I highly recommend this cleaner even at the slightly high price. It is worth every penny.

A letdown
I purchased a nearly ten-year old home with hard water. I've added a water filter system to solve that, but the stains in the grout annoy me. I hoped this would help, but honestly - the little Rubbermaid Grout Power Scrubber did a better job than this.I'm sure it's a great product once you've addressed your iron stains.

Good product. Nicely packaged & sealed to prevent leakage in shipping. I’m impressed!

Didn't work at all for me.
This spray didn't do jack squat for my light beige grout. I scrubbed and scrubbed with a grout brush and waited for it to dry, but it made almost no difference whatsoever. I bought it because the reviews were really good but I don't know what kind of grout these people were dealing with, but for my bathroom floor, this hardly worked at all. Granted, there are a few spots that are lighter but these are out of the way areas and not the high traffic central area of the floor. So my quest for a grout cleaner goes on. There used to be a good brand at Lowes, but they no longer carry it and I can't recall the name of it, just the way the bottle looks. So I'm out of luck for now. I have no idea what I'll do with the majority of the bottle that's leftover. Since I have tiled throughout my house, maybe it'll work in some other room. But I bought this stuff for the hall bathroom and my frantic scrubbing produced no positive results at all. I wish there was a money back guarantee (there isn't, I checked) because now I have almost a full bottle of do-nothing stuff that was pretty expensive, all things considered. If you have light beige grout, look for another product. Maybe those with white grout fair better, I don't know. The rest of my house has black or gray grout and neither one stains (at least mine doesn't). I guess I'll have to take it out and regrout the bathroom floor. I can't think of any other remedy. This makes me wish I hadn't splurged on a fancy grout brush. This stuff is pretty much worthless. I don't recommend it at all.

there were still dirty grout lines all over
I recently had my tile floors professionally cleaned. After they were done, there were still dirty grout lines all over. The guy who cleaned them told me they were stained and there was no way for him to get the dirty parts clean, as the dirt and grime had seeped into the grout. I was really disappointed but figured he knew what he was talking about. WRONG!I decided to try this cleaner/sealer myself. I sat on the floor with a little scrub brush and some clean rags and after about an hour, all of the "stained" grout lines were clean! It even cleaned some stubborn spots on the tile itself. My floor looks great! I can't comment yet on the sealing quality of this product as I just used it but so far it's awesome.
