Nice cutter

It is not 4mm in depth
The tool cuts well, the shank is maybe a bit long but the main problem is that the cutting depth is wrong, it is not 4mm, i did a test cut and measured it with guage blocks and it is defintely larger, at least 4.178mm. Discovered it after scrapping two parts...
