Perfect little kit for practice or small project!
I had to return first kit, would not turn on, ink was old and thick(basically unusable), Amazon quickly sent out a second kit and it worked, just using for practice not sure how a professional would rate this but considering the price it worked for me!

No product warranty for defects
I bought this item back in May this year, and I did not open it until today. I found the needles do not come out properly when it is turned to Max out 2.5. Since it was out off Amazon One month return window, I tried to contact this product provider, and I am not able to locate their customer service phone number online to reach them. Then, I called Amazon customer service and found out this provider doesn’t provide product warranty either. Am I the only few customers getting the issues? No after sell customer service and no product warranty. If the pen didn’t work properly, the whole package is useless.

I wouldn’t ever use this on human skin, and even as a beginner device, I don’t recommend. Save your Pennie’s and buy from a real place that only sells PMU and tattoo supplies. This is just a paper weight now.
