The frame looks good and went together easily. Overall color is a deep brown with some copper/golden flecks that are barely noticeable. There was some damage to the finish on one side of the headboard, but I turned that side to the wall. The decorative rods on the headboard also appear to sag in the middle. Strange. The product sticker on the footboard was really stuck on but was removed with a sponge/cloth soaked in warm water and a lot of patience.Wish there was more info in the description. Particularly how high the frame is from the floor and additional support. There are 6 support legs in the middle of the bed attached to 4 separate cross beams with one each at the head and foot and two each in the middle of the bed. After three days of use, two of the supports in the middle of the bed had come loose and were bent to the side. The only way to fix this is to remove the mattress and box springs from the frame and adjust the screws from the top of the support beam. Most likely going to replace all of these legs with 1"x1" or 2"x2" wood blocks to provide more support.No squeaks the first night, but after the third night, the frame squeaks anytime there is movement on the bed. Hoping this will be solved with some tightening of the screws/bolts and/or some WD-40.Update: Retightened everything after a week and added rubber furniture coasters under each leg. Even though the bolts for the support legs had bent a little we were able to retighten them. Definitely less frame noise and only a squeak here and there. We'll see what happens.

Beautiful bed, love it. Seems to be good quality, had it for about a month now with no issues. It has support beams in the middle for support. To all the people wondering, yes you do need a box spring. No complaints, would definitely but again!

The people from GWG outlet really care and do their best to give great service, they are located in FL....however, the bed frame came from a warehouse in Texas and for some reason they took over a month to ship and GWG had to get on them about it. The frame is beautiful, I love the dark color, but it did come with a couple bent spokes and one very small ding in the frame, which it not a big deal, I think once it's set up you won't be able to really noticed all that, GWG offered a discount for the damage....I haven't noticed any scratches, which is more so what I would care about... they actually have kept in great contact with me, calling while I was waiting for it to come and after to be sure I was happy with everything. Overall I am happy with the bed frame so far, but haven't set it up yet ---- Ok, it's been 3 months since I bought bed frame it's been up and in use for awhile now, with it being set up I do NOT notice(really can't see em) the slight bends in the frame, so I am really happy with my purchase! :)

This bed is absolutely awful. It was a complete waste of time ordering this and waiting for it.The headboard spindles aren’t straight, which leads me to believe that there is no quality control from the company before sending out their products.We spent about 4 hours trying to put the bed together because the screws and the frame holes didn’t line up. It striped and ruined all of the tools we had, both from the set up kit and from our own personal tool kit.When we finally got everything together, the gap between the mattress and the footboard is 4 inches. We expected a little bit of a gap, but this was huge.We don’t recommend this and will be returning it immediately.

This bed was such a good buy! I've looked all over to find a farmhouse style bed at a reasonable price and this is it. I was planning on spending 500+ at wayfair but I ended finding this last minute. It has a beautiful finish, a very dark brown that's almost black. The bed was very easy to put together and sturdy. One review did mention a gap at the end of the bed but I'm a fan of that. It leaves space for my large duvet blanket without squishing it. This bed also have multiple legs at the bottom which makes it more sturdy. We've had this bed for two weeks now and we're thrilled.

I had this bed less than a year. First the bed came with a dent but I didn’t want to go through the trouble of sending back. Then after having the bed less than a year the cheaply made bedframe broke and legs on it collapsed. The headboard and footboard won’t work on another bedframe and customer service has not been helpful on replacing the bedframe. I would not spend another $400-500 buying a whole new bed again. Disappointed 😔

This bed is as beautiful in person as it is in the photos; however, this is the noisiest bed that I have ever owned. So much squeaking. Even just sitting on the bed is noisy. Forget trying to get busy on it. The whole neighborhood will hear you. Roll over in your sleep...it squeaks. Would NOT purchase this again.

This is a great bed at a bargain price. I received it today and I am in love with it! The bed is very sturdy, arrived packaged well and easy to assemble. I would highly recommend this product, just beautiful!
