I have been using this product for years and have no problems.

This thing is amazing! I am a couponer / clearance shopper and I'm constantly scanning stuff in stores. My Galaxy S8+ ALWAYS fails me and dies. A new phone is not possible right now. I've tried portable battery packs- but having to charge them separate, the super slow charge, and having the bulky box and wire attached while I'm scanning stuff is such an inconvenience. Yesterday I spent the entire day using GPS on my phone to get to a few stores I haven't been to yet and scanning SO MUCH STUFF. I had to use the Mophie to charge up my phone (of course), but when I was done for the day I still had 55% battery life left. That is amazing for me! Such a game changer. If you coupon or clearance shop you definitely need a Mophie case!Also - I did drop my phone from a short distance yesterday (and had a mini heart attack) and it protected it! Yay!

Bought this in August 2020 Worked great until a few days ago. I noticed my battery chare dropping faster then it had been. It use to be mid to late day I would turn the battery pack on to charge up. Then the last few days my phone would charge up but seemed to drain faster then ever. Then the case stopped recharging even if I had it plugged in and was using my phone. Just dis charging at a rapid rate. I took the case off and my phone charged again. Whew.Liked it but didn't last.

Way back when I used iPhones, I loved Mophie. My Android phones had replaceable batteries, and Mophie didn't make a charge case anyway. Now, with my Samsung Galaxy S8+, which is my favorite phone ever, I have a Mophie. I am in sales and spend most of my time on the road at conventions. The S8+ has a great battery, but I often use a lot of juice. I pack several chargers, but the convenience of a battery built in is delightful. It is bulky...a female friend complained it is way too heavy, but she doesn't like androids. I like the heft. There can be a sense of security to solidity. It looks cool, too. And, it works. It does exactly what I wanted...It gives me almost 100% more battery. The S8+ comes with a great battery 3500mAh. The Mophie, 3300mAh. It has not failed me. Highly recommended.

I've owned this case for about a year now. It's held together and has been working fine. If you're looking to protect corners and edges I wouldn't recommend it. I've dropped it a few times in the past month and have cracked corners of my screen. If they could, it'd be awesome to get the same case but have the edges raised a little more over the screen. Infinite Display doesn't call me enough to keep it uncovered. I think they could do it with out losing a good portion of the screen and be functional as well.

This thing works well. It will not completely charge my phone if it dies but if i start charging from about 20 to 30% it will bill it up to 100%. 3 Stars because the back lights that indicate the power left in the case arent always accurate.Even when its completely full sometimes it will indicate that it needs to be charged. To fix this i charge the case overnight or during the day for about 4 hours; that way ill know its completely charged even if it says its not.ITS NOT THAT GOOD AT PROTECTING YOUR PHONE.If your phone falls or you drop it somehow your phone can still crack. mine landed on the back corner of the case and destroyed my screen. Its best to use this case for long trips or keep it in the car after a full charge for when its needed.

I don't like how heavy this is and that the surface is not "grippy". It's sleek surface worries me. I'm afraid it will slip out of my hand. I'm not sure if the case will always protect it from falls. I've had it about 6 months and so far so good. I've dropped it a few times and no damage was done to my phone, but somehow the volume button cover has gone missing. This means I can not control the volume without taking my phone out of the case.....this is a huge pain. The charger does a great job charging my phone pretty quickly. I rarely need to worry about my phone dying on me.

I bought it in December 2017 works good for eight month. But now the power button gave up and does not work anymore I take it out from my phone and see that the rubber of power button is detached from the battary case it will not press the phone power button any more I just remove it and buy a new simple cover to protect my phone gave up the battary
