I like the soft wheat berries to make my own rejuvelac. I ordered this for the quantity and that it had a secure lid.Trying to remove the metal lid was a total nightmare. I tried two different can openers and that was useless! I ended up having to use a hammer and screw driver to poke a hole and then a plyers to pry open it. It was irritating and a time consuming process!

I grind this and use it for pie crusts, cookies, scones (although with scones I use 1/2 and 1/2 with white flour). It's great. I just used up a can I bought over two years ago, and it was just as fresh. That's the beauty of grinding your own flour. Great product, packaging, the whole nine yards is wonderful. And it's very hard to find this in stores, so thank you Amazon (again!).

These made such delicious pancakes and biscuits without having to worry about sorting too long through the wheat berries for anything that might damage my grain mill's motor. These are great quality wheat berries !! The only thing is shipping comes out to almost as much as the product. I don't regret the purchase and did see (upfront) the shipping cost so there wasn't anything the least bit misleading. I guess I wish that it was part of the Amazon free shipping policy($25+) .. Overall, I'm definitely glad that I tried these !

This wheat sprouts in about a day and a half. I'm going to be making vegan cheese with its by-product. (^_^). Good eats...

Wow! This is the best ever. Practically sprouts overnight! Other brands that I have used do not even come close to this product. Highly recommend!

Everything described was accurate. Very clean. Received the wheat very quickly. With a vitamix blender and dry container made excellent flour for peroggies
