I recommend this tape. The adhesive is strong enough to endure getting wet, as in swimming or hard exercise. The only nit is that if you do not replace the tape after 5-7 days or with nightly removal for a few days when the glue wears off, the tape is a bit hard to peel off without tearing - but this is a very minor issue.

Great for a hold on wigs and not too rough when taking wigs off as well!

I have had to return my first set because the backing sticks were you aren't able to peal it away from the paper. they sent a replacement set and it does the same thing. not sure whats going on i've never had a problem.

I bought this as fashion tape, and it worked SUPER well in keeping my top attached to my skin, did not move at all. Was comfortable, stayed all day, and I don’t recall it leaving a residue on my skin, definitely not on clothes. THAT SAID, do NOT use it to attach fabric to fabric, especially silky material!!! I used it to secure my top to my bra, and it completely ruined my bra it no matter how many hacks I tried to get it off. The shirt (I think a cotton/rayon/nylon-ish blend) was fine tho. Probably just user error since it’s technically toupee tape lol but only attach to skin, maybe avoid using it with silky fabric all together.

When used properly (on clean, dry skin), this adhesive is so bomb! I apply some Bold Hold Skin Protector by The Hair Diagram, let it dry and apply it directly to my skin (hairline). I noticed someone complaining about how it wouldn't stick to her wig cap and that's probably because it's not really meant to be used like that. I haven't tried it personally but what I can say is that it sticks to the lace just fine. Originally, adhesives were made to be applied on skin because they were mostly used to apply hair pieces/units to bald heads. Only recently have methods for non- bald folks been developed, which is what the owner of The Hair Diagram states any time she does an application demo and it definitely makes sense. This adhesive is so powerful, I can head bang, do cartwheels, get on a rollercoaster, probably stand under a waterfall and maybe even get in a fight! LOL What I'm saying is, it has staying power and it's sweat proof (IMO). I highly recommend using an actual adhesive remover or some type of oil to remove it. Please do NOT just yank it off if you want to keep your hair and skin! Trust me, I have the bald spot to prove it lol (I'm growing it back with monoxidil) I personally use the Goiple Lace Wig Remover Spray (Super Solvent) and it works like a charm when used as directed. It protects my baby hairs and the lace! I highly recommend this product the those who want a temporary hold ( a day or few days at a time).

It's okay. If you've never used wig tape before you have to get the hang of working with it, once you do it's easy. But personally I found myself wasting quite a few of them before I got the hang of it. I started using a blunt object like the end of an eyebrow razor to get off the second peel off part without getting any skin oils on the adhesive. pros: quick application once you get the hang of it. quick fix in an emergency. great if you change out wigs often. cons: not that great of a hold especially if you have oily skin. not waterproof like it claims to be more pros than cons but if the hold was just a little better, I wouldn't even mind paying extra. I just want the security.

Very effective! Love for my synthetic wigs. Works just as good I would even say it’s stronger than some wig glues . It holds it down very well
