Lipper International Bamboo Wood Lipped Folding Snack Table Trays for Kitchen, Home, Office and Playroom, Set of 2

This is exactly what I needed! I rely on my TV table as a bedside table to hold everything I need when I have to rest and can't get up. I have 2 cats (need I say more? I will anyway!) who are eternally curious as to whether or not gravity is still working. It is. So things tend to end up in various disarray-ngements on the floor - until now. The lip is not too big to make it hard to reach over while lying down, but suffices to protect various objects, large and small from oh-so-gently sliding off the top at the slightest tap of a paw or nudge of a nose. Besides, there's an elegance of simplicity about the design that is pleasing to me. It's slightly larger and taller than my previous one (which is helpful!), and at least as sturdy.

These TV trays are awesome! We relocated and were in the process of getting a new dining room set. Due to Covid delivery dates were pushed out 3 months. I ordered these Bamboo trays really enjoyed eating our meals on them. We now have our dining set and still eat on them occasionally. They are very sturdy and well made.

We like this tv tray table so much that we had bought a second set. I know people have complained about trays being unsteady, but common sense tells one to be careful. When we have to move ours (something is on it) we grab the bar side with fingers underneath and position it with the bar side facing us when seated. The boxed edge is a plus and this table can be used a dice throw area when playing games that require dice instead of on the game board or side of table where they can fall off. We like the attractive wood. It would have been nice if there was a rack to hold these tables.

I WAS LOOKING FOR TV TRAYS TO USE TO NOT ONLY EAT ON WHILE SITTING ON THE COUCH, BUT DOING SOME ARTS AND CRAFTS ON THAT I USED TO DO ON MY OLD TV TRAYS. THESE, WITH THE LIP AROUND THE ENTIRE TOP, PREVENTS THINGS FROM SLIPPING OFF THE TRAY. THEY SEEM STURDY AND I LOVE THE COLOR TONE.

I found that these were exceptional for using in front of the television, because there is a 1 inch lip all the way around, so that no dishes will fall off the table. In the old days, they were all built so that there was a raised edge, so that food wouldn’t spill off, but those are hard to fine today. I was very happy to get these and see that they’re high-quality and exactly what I wanted

I spent a decent bit of time looking at tons of these folding tables because I'm a very indecisive person.These were a bit more expensive than some of the other options but it was definitely worth it.They are very sturdy and do not tip over, the lip around the edge is a beautiful addition to ensure things don't tip or slide off the top. The legs don't necessarily snap or clip into place, but they don't feel wobbly and they stay standing as intended.10/10 will buy again!

My Recommendation? Do NOT buy these!!! I'm highly disappointed in the quality and functionality.I was so excited to find these tables. I'd been searching for TV Trays with sides and these were all I could find. They look pretty and functional. I thought the price was a bit high, but figured I'd at least get a high quality product. NOT SO MUCH! The first thing I noticed is that when unfolded, the leg doesn't fit snugly to the tray top. So, every time you pick up the table, the leg flops back to the other side. Sitting it back down while trying to get the leg back over so it's stable without spilling everything on it is an exercise in futility and frustration. At first we tried heavy duty twist ties to hold the leg in place. But, it was a pain to fold and put them away. So, I decided to try Velcro strips. That worked pretty well. However, while putting on the Velcro, I noticed one of the legs had come loose from the side, As it tried to fix it, one of the edges of the tray came off. What junk!!!! I feel ripped off and highly disappointed. I'd like my money back. But, quite frankly, I don't want the hassle of trying to package them back up to ship back. Chalk it up to a bad experience and NEVER buy from Lipper International again!

This is a nice TV tray but they fell short on the design. You have to carry it sideways to hold the legs open. Otherwise they will collapse. Same is true when you're done eating. You have to grab under the front and back to hold the leg so it doesn't collapse. Makes it very awkward to carry. A simple L bracket would have solved the problem. Not recommended for children to use because of these issues. If they fix the problem, I will gladly give it a higher rating.

These tables are good for light use but not as sturdy as the average wooden stack tables. They are fine for watching tv from your chesterfield, and easy to stack in a closet afterward. Two good features they have that some other types don't is that being light, they need only one support strut separating the end crossed legs which gives room for your feet.Also they have a raised rim around the edges of the table to keep things from sliding off.

Nice warm colour and of course very handy anywhere it is needed

Nice tables in general, A bit awkward to get legs under because of the apparatus around the fold down guy comes down low.
