Works as intended and came with double-sided tape.

It is what it is. Fits perfectly with my Verizon LG G6. The replacement back does come with adhesive tape pre-applied so BE CAREFUL when peeling the protective plastic layer off.

The size of the hole where the sensor goes was barely big enough for it. My phone opted out into being fingerprintless in the mean time.
