Living in Oklahoma there seems to be nothing that keeps the grasshoppers from devastating my crops! But this netting was super affordable and works very well. The grasshoppers stay out (as does everything else) and it has held up well with no tearing for me whatsoever! I even had to cut it with fabric scissors because it is that durable I couldn't rip it by hand. I highly recommend!

Nice fabric, but edges can fray easily. Works well for an outdoor, patio sitting, mosquito blanket here in Swamp-east MO.

I had one cherry tomato plant that I was so proud of. Full of green tomatoes. Woke up one morning and a deer had eaten one whole steam of the plant! I immediately started looking on Amazon for a quick remedy. Ordered this piece of netting and BINGO, that's all I needed. Every night I wrap the plant and unwrap it every morning. Simple as that. This netting is so light, it would work well on many plants or for a lot of different things. Just cheap and simple.

I liked that it was lightweight, but it ripped easily when caught on branches. I used the netting on blueberry bushes. It was hard to untangle the nets from the bushes. They are not usable again.

I have monarch caterpillars on my milkweed and so many were disappearing. I put a tent using this netting to help more to survive! It is working perfectly!

I like the fact water can pass through it. However, I've discovered since it is so lightweight, a gust of wind will remove it. You have to remember to cut the piece big enough so you can tuck the edges under the pot when wind is present.

I've tried a couple nettings here on Amazon and all were too heavy for my seedlings and delicate growing tips on other plants (veggies). This product is the lightest and most perfect for my applications.Example: this time of year my butterfly weed has finished flowering and are now forming seed pods, if I don't protected them they will be swarmed with milkweed bugs that will eat the seeds. So no seeds to collect for next year.

It did not keep the bugs out.
