I'm a side sleeper and have issues with my knees and back. I've been using smller pillows, but this has not worked too well. I finally broke down and purchased this pillow and one other brand to compare. Here are my pros/cons of this pillow:Pros:- Size: This is a standard sized body pillow, so it is great to cover the width of a queen bed very well. This is good for those that would like a single pillow vs. 2 queen pillows. I'm that type person that likes to sleep on more than 1 pillow and hates when my head ends up between the pillow.- Comfort: If you like a pillow that is not very thick and more supportive, this is a good option. I like having a pillow that is not too hard and not too soft, just enough for my head to sink into. It is not the thickest pillow I've had, but it is also not thin either. With that being said, the pictures are a little deceiving. The pillow I received was not nearly as thick as what was pictured. I'll reference that below.- Price: I think the price is reasonable for the quality and comfort of the pillow. I've spent more on a pillow that was not nearly as comfortable or well made.- Quality & Looks: Other than a couple minor cons (listed below), I think the quality of this pillow is pretty good for the price. It also looks nice without a pillow case (not that many people will use it without).Cons:- Thickness: The pictures showed a very thick looking pillow. Mine, however, was not nearly that thick. It could be how they vacuum sealed the pillow, but it never got that thick. Again, this does not mean that it is thin or flat, but it is not as thick as you might think.- Stuffing: The stuffing, while comfortable, also moves around inside the pillow, so you end up with some areas that are thicker or lumpy than others. It has not affected how I sleep on it yet, but it really shows through pillow covers where the stuffing has moved.In summary, the pillow comes vacuum sealed, which makes it easier to ship, but mine did not seem to fluff up to the size shown in the pictures. I believe this was due to the sealing. The pillow was comfortable, however. It was soft, but also supportive for me. I've felt as though I can sleep better using this pillow as knee and back support. While I like the pillow, I am still unsure if I'd purchase this pillow again. It would depend on the price at the time.

So I ordered this because I co sleep with my breastfed daughter and trying to sleep with two separate pillows is just a mess. Every body pillow we got immediately went flat so I didn’t have high hopes for this one.When it came, it was vacuum sealed in a small box. I took it out and it started fluffing up right away. We didn’t use it for the first 24 hours just to give it some time to go back to normal. This pillow has not gone flat, it’s soft with just enough firmness. I can tell we’re going to be ordering one more of these for my other daughters bedroom. I absolutely love it.

Okay, when I first unboxed this pillow and fluffed it up I thought that it was WAY too bulky and I would need to remove some of the stuffing, which is easy to do because there’s a zipper for that on one end, but I decided to use it as is the first night. Turned out it was soft enough to be comfortable like it was. It’s firm yet soft! 🤯 It’s pretty long as well so I can rest my bone on bone knee and my arm on it at the same time, which I love! By the end of the first week I didn’t know how I ever slept without it lol. It’s lofty but my leg sinks in enough that it doesn’t stress my hip. I have to give it five stars just for the whole firm yet soft design of it. The quilted side is my favorite. It makes it even more comfy. Don’t be afraid to go in and decompress the stuffing a little it just makes it that much more cushy. Can’t wait for bedtime now. Bye bye hip and knee pain!!

I've been using a body pillow for more than 20 years due to having scoliosis surgery at 13. This is by far the best body pillow I've ever used! It's incredibly comfortable. Not too soft and not too firm. As other reviewers have mentioned, it's pretty heavy. I tried it with all of the stuffing in it first, and then ended up removing some. I've been using it for about a month, and there aren't any signs of it going flat. If it does, I'll just add the stuffing back. It's fantastic! Buy it!

This is a much fluffier body pillow than I am used to. I have named him Bubba.
