I love this product. It will have so many uses in my kitchen. I use the plate for frying. I did up a batch of pepper and onions and they cooked so evenly and quickly. The plate with the holes makes the best meatballs. You simply roll your meatballs and pop them in. I used a plastic spoon to turn them and it worked great. The meatballs were nicely browned and cooked evenly. They maintained their shape. They truly looked professional in the presentation of them. Clean up was a breeze. I did not spray the plates and had no issue cleaning them up. I am thinking of mini meat pies for the cupcake plate. I am thinking if you want a lid for it, why not a silicone lid. ? Most silicone lids or items you can use up to 450 degrees. With this product you do control the temperature. So I would think providing you set the temp below this it should be good to use one. I found with my meatballs that they did not need a cover. They cooked through and there were no splatters. The only problem with this machine is that I only have one. . I am thinking mini meat pies for my next recipe, then followed by mini fruit pies. Corn bread balls in the mini hole plate..the list goes on. I am so very impressed with this machine. I think it is one of those products you may want to use daily. Your limit of usage is guided by your limit of imagination. Seriously, you can make so many things using the variety of plates. A product this great I wish I had two!!

I bought this in 2023 but never used it until recently. I took it camping with me when I knew I had electric hookups. It was great. I only used the griddle part. I cooked up a hamburger and sausage quickly. It was easy to clean. I am sure the other two plates would work as well. I think the one for cake pops would be great to cook individual Brussel sprouts.

It gets CRAZY HOT!! OVEN TEMPERATURES! Nonstick so easy to clean, use wood or silicone and it'll last a long long time! I've had mine for half a year or something and it's still amazing every time I use it! Try not to get batter over the sides because it's open around the edge, but if you're not clumsy and have confidence, this is a real gem of an appliance! I've made countless takoyaki and Okonomiyaki on it since I got it, because of this I associate the machine itself with happiness xD Haven't followed any recipes, but it comes with a small recipe book! If I had the choice to buy it over again knowing what it's like, I would. Every. Time. I feel like a commercial, but honestly. Fantastic, I adore it!
