My dual powder can be used in many ways, hence the word dual. It can be worn alone for a light make up application or on top of your foundation for a complete coverage. Dual powder can be used as a foundation when applied with a dampened sponge. I would recommend this for oily-combination skins. Dryer skins use it best on top of your foundation.
