Arrived on time and as described. Bluetooth system easy to set up and use. Item is comfortable, nice fit and not oppressive like some I have tried. Quality seems to be good but will know more after being used more. It was well packaged with good instructions and great value .

Took it out of the box and thought, OMG this feels heavy. BUT, the balance is so good that the weight is distributed so that, in use, it doesn’t feel heavy. The front clips that turn this into a full-face helmet, is really strong so you feel that it would protect well if the worse should happen. The inner (sun) visor is accessed by using a sliding switch on the left bottom of the helmet and is nice as it’s not too dark. The outer visor, which is easy to use, is pinlock ready with a free insert lens included in the box and both are very clear in use. The visor is also a ‘wide angle’ to enable the user to see a great deal more in width than your average visor. This helmet also includes a factory fitted Blinc Bluetooth Intercom System. I use this for playing my music on my iPhone. This system also allows for the phone and is easy to connect via bluetooth. The helmet also includes 2 very good stereo speakers but, as it’s conformed to be used mainly for communication, it is a bit trebly. But don’t let this put you off, it’s still a good sound. IF I were to be critical of anything it’s that the chinstrap, although excellent and very strong, is a little hard to undo as the receiving end is up under the side protection and this could be a problem in an emergency. I just put an extension strap on the release which works fine. One final thing - I was impressed by the reduction in wind noise over previous helmets I’ve had. Although a flip up (and I’ve had this style before), Viking have done an excellent job in noise reduction. Finally, the supplier, MSG Bike Gear, did an excellent job in getting the helmet to me very quickly. I would recommend this helmet

Easy to set up. Comfortable. No charging cable in box but everyone has a spare. Arrived far quicker than expected so missing cable annoying but not a deal breaker. Over all very happy

Ive tried everything to contact the seller to no avail. Helmet itself is fine but is missing the free pin lock visor insert which was a huge selling point. Would be 5 stars if this part was not missing. Hoping seller sees this to send pinlock so i can remove feedback

Helmet is comfortable. A bit more noise coming in than I expected if your on a motorway, and a little too much for effective phone use unless your at or under 50 MPH. The battery for the bluetooth is what looks like micro USB, and I would have preferred a right angle connecter so you can relocate all of the padding around it, and connect it to the charge pack. The straight connector supplied, wont allow you that. The chinstrap receiver needed to be attached to a longer piece of strapping. It is way to close to the padding, and it interferes with release and fastening once it's on your head. Also the other end continually unclips the press stud for cheek pad when you pull on it. The drain on your mobile phone if your using Google/Apple Maps for directions through the headset, is huge. Don't go out for several hours without a charge pack if you have no charging point on the bike. Bluetooth works well though, it's loud enough, and apparently easily audible at the other side. Overall, I like the hat apart from the small issues mentioned.

Second helmet first one broke my wifes got same one nice helmet just hope this one last longer .so far good intercom clear sound wife happy.

Not worth that much money! The size is not accurate, i've ordered a size M (57cm) and this helmet is too loose, more like an L, ask the supplier if he could sell me S size Liner replacement, been told they dont have any. So order it from somewhere else! The helmet is very noisy and the headphones are bugged, all of a sudden one of them stopped working and you have to max up the vol to turn it back on again, and the volume start incresing it self while you trying to lower it down. Pinlock visor was missing from the box! The only good thing about this is the bluetooth and microphone is very clear even at fast speed on the motorway, but headphones as the helmet is NOT QUITE and does not reduce wind noise, you can bearly hear what the other person is saying on the other side at fast speed. Read very nice reviews about it, but turned out waste of money.

Purchased this june this year unfortunately its incredibly uncomfortable on the forehead as the padding/foam is so hard it hurts my head and I get a headache through the pressure tried heating it slightly to soften it but to no avail bluetooth is good if it wasn't for the above problem I would have gave it 5 stars .

Eigentlich finde ich den ja gut - aber mir passt er nicht und drückt (nach einiger Zeit sogar ziemlich heftig), Die Bluetooth Funktion habe ich nicht mehr testen können, weil aus gesundheitlichen Gründen wir nicht mehr zu zweit ausgefahren sind und ich ihn alleine aufgrund der Druckprobleme nicht trage. Wer nicht so einen Eierkopf wie ich hat ;-) kann ihn sich ja mal bestellen, denn ansonsten wirkt er wertig und bringt für den Preis viele gute Features mit.
