Bought this last year. Was excited to use but soon after they arrived, they stopped working properly. Within the first week of having it, I would have to factory rest the player to get it to work. It also had some charging issues. I figured I must have gotten a defective set and it wasn’t worth the money or hassle to keep. Side note: the dual player only comes with one charger - for that price, it should come with one for each.When contacting the seller and asking about a refund, they told me I’d have to cover the return shipping, which was over $200, since it had to go through customs. The seller also told me “Really sorry for this trouble, but the player do not has problem. If you could not charger it rightly, please do not use the player till it drain battery.” So now in addition to not being satified with the product, I was not satified with this company. My player very much had a problem and I wasted money on a bad purchase. I could have accepted that (and have) but for them to tell me I wasn’t experiencing the issues that I was clearly experiencing, was not cool.I would highly not recommend this product.

Received very promptly, package was well wrapped everything worked great out of the box. Unfortunately can't upgrade to android 7.0 or 8.0, but the 6.0 is actually very capable. Was able to install Prime Video without issue. Netflix isn't compatible, but that was to be expected as Netflix doesn't like any Android device that isn't "mainstream". The DVD player works great, but I wasn't able to find a way to adjust aspect ratio for movies so some do appear stretched. Originally reason I received only enough hardware to mount one screen and the cigarette lighter only had one connection to charge one screen. The pictures for the product clearly show hardware for two screens and a car power connection to charge both devices simultaneously so I contacted the seller. Within a few hours I received a response from the seller that they would send me the missing parts. I just received the parts and they even sent me some extra parts just in case I needed them. Excellent customer service!!!

As much as I wanted to love this I cannot. They work, fairly easy for our kids to use HOWEVER the battery life is terrible! Despite being advertised to work for several hours, neither lasted through a kids movie. We were on a 7 hour road trip with our kids and the tablets died approximately 70 minutes into the first movie. Then it became a battle between the kids for the car charging port. What was purchased to help save our sanity of the road trip became a major headache. When I attempted to return these, the seller said I had to ship to China which was around $80 out of pocket! Add insult to injury, they offer a $30 refund for my dissatisfaction.I will say that they shipped them to us very quickly.

What a fantastic product for the price. OEM headrest monitors (lacking table features) were 2,000 dollars. OEM tablet holders were 150 and that was without the tablet. This product gives you headrest mounts and two monitors that are packed full of features for under 500 dollars, fantastic deal. Luckily our car has Wi-Fi built in so it allows us to really take advantage of the tablet feature.Installation was a breeze. I took a few additional minutes to run the wires through the seat backs just to clean up the look bit but not something you would have to do.Likes:Built in speakersAndriod/Apple mirroring (wireless)Full andriod functionality so apps can be installedease of installOnly negative I would say with this product is the 'locking' mechanism to secure to the seat-back. These tablets have some weigh to them and I think if you were ever rear ended that the tablet would leave the back of the seat. This could be an easy remedy with some type of set screw. Again, this is nitpicking and not something I will really knock them for.

I just ordered two of these and before I even received the packages, the customer service was outstanding. The prompt replies and fast shipping is great, however the product is just as good. It's even better than I imagined for my kids, as well as myself, if wanted to be entertained. I love the fact that they can be placed in the cars, as well as be portable and what can be better than a tablet and DVD player combined. The quality is great and I'm looking forward to enjoying these for a long time to come.
