I love this Eraglow clutch-style phone wallet with strap for the Samsung J7 V! I chose it over a simple case for 3 reasons:(1) I didn't want to scratch my phone's screen protector when I shoved it in my purse.(2) I wanted to be able to carry my phone, ID, credit card, and a little cash to festivals and concerts without having to mess with a full size purse or have one hand unavailable because it had to grip a phone.(3) I wanted my phone to be protected in something attractive, stylish, and durable; something I wouldn't mind looking at and wouldn't get annoyed using.The exterior of this case is either leather or a simulated version that is so well done that I can't tell the difference. It has a shiny metallic finish. I got the rose gold, which I think is a good description. It's a warm, light pink. The inside is a soft gray suede. The stitching is very neat with no missed stitches and the thread matches the case color. The wrist strap is a nice sturdy leather of the same color, with a lobster claw clasp, so you can attach it or detach it depending on your preference. (This strap was one of the selling points for me because it looked sturdier and more comfortable than other cases I saw that used a nylon cord.)The exterior holes line up for the speaker on the front of my phone. The holes on the back for the camera and flash were a little offset, but don't interfere with either function. The magnetic flap closure works great. I noticed a previous customer complained about this case having a crease in the back when she got it, as if it were a flaw. That crease is actually the built-in fold so you can set up the case horizontally to watch a video hands-free, which is a great feature!The inside flap has 3 credit card type slots, one of which has a clear plastic window for displaying an ID. Behind that is a space for carrying some paper money. Now the big question is, "How is your phone held in place in the wallet?" The answer is that there is a a soft, clear plastic cover mounted on the right side of the open wallet into which you insert your phone. This plastic curves around the edge of your phone and has cutouts for all the buttons, speakers, and ports on your phone, so you never have to remove it from the case in order to do anything. Only half of the plastic cover is attached to the wallet because the other half has to remain free to enable that horizontal fold for hands-free viewing. When inserting your phone, you have two options. There is a piece of double-sided tape inside that plastic holder so you can peel off the cover and stick your phone to it when you insert it into the holder or you can insert it without using the tape. I myself did not use the tape and after more than a month of use, I don't fear that my phone will fall out. I have already dropped my phone (on the carpet, not on the street) and my phone has survived just fine.I recommend this product based on the quality, design, and appearance you get for the price. I would not hesitate to order this case again. In fact, when I change to a fall purse when the weather gets cooler, I might just have to order one in another color. (One reason why I didn't use the double stick tape.)Update nearly 3 years later: with regular use, the edges of the case are starting to peel and show wear, but it has done a great job of protecting my phone, which has definitely been dropped a few times and just shoved in my purse.

My comments are related to my experience with customer service. I had a question about a minor issue and the reply was quick, professional, helpful and friendly. Long story short, without intending to ask because the issue was minor, she offered to send me a replacement to make sure that I was nothing but completely satisfied with my purchase. No charge to me and I did not have to send back the original items. We exchanged a couple more message to work out the details and again she was extremely responsive with great instructions, professional, courteous, helpful and friendly. I am very impressed with the attention and care given to our interaction particularly because this is a relatively low priced item. 5 Stars. I my replacement product with be shipped shortly. Based on the original product I receive, it is as I expected it would be and matched the pictures & description - it meets my needs and I am happy with my purchase. Works well but it has quite a weak base for using it as a stand as the thickness of the cases material is just a touch too thin. I fix this by putting a pillow in front of me to hold it up but I got this as a stand so it was sad to know how junky this is. Phone case is connected to the material via some super glue. This is not a premium put together case, I could make this myself via some card board and some leather and sowing it around the card board on two ends after making a hole to put in card board piece, and the make another hole for a magnet and sew that up. I can see this worth about 6 5 dollars tops as the materials being used are like a 10 year old getting cheap junk at a dollar store that is not strong enough to support a cellphones weight. So yeah not happy with the stand so I bought a gamepad with a phone holder and it holds it flawlessly and I torn the phone case off of the leather by pulling it hard and releasing the stick glue, and I just use the leather part to wrap around my phone so my screen on my phone will not get scratched once I am done using it for the day. Oh and almost forgot to mention my phone is an old phone and not primary one anymore so I just use it to watch Netflix and play older videos games and stuff... so anyhow that’s the scoop, crappy product but I made it work good enough for my needs thankfully.

It serves my purpose.To keep my new phone safe. It takes a little getting use too because making calls or talking on the phone, I have to bend back the front cover. Yes, I could just remove the phone, but I am worried I will stretch out the part that holds the phone. The color is pretty, the magnet that holds it closed works well. Personally, I would prefer if it did not have the slots for credit cards and was just a smooth solid cover like the one I had for my K10. For the price, it's a nice cover and does what I needed it to do.

I first bought these items for my wife. The first item purchased was the screen saver. My wife dropped her phone, and we thought that she had broken the screen. We were delighted to find out that only the screen saver was broken. It did it's job. We just peeled it off and put on a new one. This prompted us to purchase the case for further protection. We really like this case. It looks nice, fully protects your phone, has magnetic closure, has perfectly placed openings for speaker and camera, and has a window inside for your ID (driver's license) and slots for your credit cards. The frame inside holds your phone tight and makes the screen recessed, plus you have the added protection of a case that protects front and back. I liked it so much that I bought two more for my son and myself.
