It doesn't quite have the reach that I was hoping for when extended, but cleverly placed it can work. Overall the shock mount works well and this doesn't have any problems holding the Yeti Blue in any position unlike some other boom's I've tried. You will have to crank down a bit on the tensioners, but once tightened they hold well. Overall happy with the purchase and would love to find one made by Knox on Amazon with a bit further reach, but this is a fine starter boom for now and the price was right.

As other reviews state, this arm is short. But that's what makes it great for use on a small desk or in a tight recording space. I have a small office setup for podcasting and was using a floor stand for my Yeti mic for many years. This arm lets me have a much cleaner workspace with a mic that can rotate in and out when I need it. Once tightened up, it holds the weight of the Yeti mic well and doesn't sag. The shock mount works well and is very easy to set up. Overall I'm very happy with this arm!

For the price this was nicely made. People complain about mic hold part of it and how it is flimsy. The one I got, it holds my blue yeti mic fine. It doesn't swing around or fall, it stays in place where I leave it. For the price if you have a yeti mic, I do recommend this.

I’ll start by saying this is a really good deal if you have a yeti. It holds it up very nicely and doesn’t fall down unless the bolts weren’t tightened enough. It really does reduce vibrations and sounds from my keyboard, which was annoying to listen to. I highly recommend this if you own a yeti (and want it off your desk)

This product arrives with a defect from the manufacturer that made it unusable. I contacted Knox Gear via email (only contact method available) to request a replacement part to make the product work correctly. Two days later I got a reply asking for my order number. I provided the order number 4 days ago and have heard nothing. Very poor customer experience.

Came highly-recommended, did not disappoint. Comes with shock to prevent bumps and bangs coming through. Love the quality—gets daily use and it holds up. Would highly recommend.

The boom scissor arm seemed to work as advertised at first, the the connections to make the arm tight quit working and the screw to tighten the arm into the desk mount quit working and falls out. Over all this boom arm is cheap and does not hold up more than a couple of weeks.

Using this on a yeti mic, the product is great and sturdy all the necessary brackets screws included mad it easy to install on a table or desk. The arm holds the mic really good.

I got exactly what I ordered, good quality and everything fit together nicely..... Its a stand. Not much more to say
