Why is one ball $26? These sell for $6 at sports store.

Very misleading! Only one ball for $10 not 12!

Are these considered "soft" (trying to find a ball that won't hurt so much when it hits my little girl, but firm enough so she can really throw it)?

Yes it is “soft” it is NOT a squishy ball. Firm but soft. Considered a training ball. I can send some pics if you need. Thanks. If you get it and are not happy I will accept a return.

Is this ball durable enough for my dog to fetch and not fall apart?

Depends on the dog. Small to medium sized dogs probably can’t destroy. Large dogs with large jaws..possible. However, it is hard and they would have to work on it
