After having looked into many different brands, this one stands out for a lot of good reviews. And as a beginner, I gave it a go and I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of supplement provided.I've gone through the loading phase of 1 week with 20g per day then about 5g every day after. And after the first week, you could see your weight increase for around 1.6 to 2kg (at least in my case). This is a good indication of creatine saturation in your muscles and I also feel more energized, I've struggled less with more increased intensity of workouts now than I did prior. These are signs of a good brand delivering on its promises.I'd recommend buying it from a trusted seller and you'd probably have no issues. No bloating for me but again, it's more personal and more often than not, it'll be alright for you. I just hope they keep the quality up as the demand increases and keep the price reasonable (already it's been increased by a hundred bucks). But that's about it for now. I'll give it 5 stars until and unless there's issues later on with subsequent buys. I'll update this review if that happens.

I don't if it's a personal problem, I've been taking creatine monohydrate for a long time now, but I found this hard to swallow. Sure, it is genuine creatine and value for money, but it's kinda repulsive because it has this weird factory-new smell to it. It's hard to explain, but I always felt nauseous after taking this every day. I never really felt nauseous with any other brand of creatine before and I wouldn't buy this again unless I get it for a ridiculously good price. 2.5/5 for me, rounded off to 3.

It’s easy to use and tasteless. Used it during my intense workout sessions and has helped with better muscle recovery.
